As Yathzee would say, Heres some more piss in a river of piss already.

So me and my friend started casting a while ago, but all the games sounded like crap, so we kept going at it, until we had some games we're proud of.

We just basically cast games that we find through the SC2 Replay loader, or games of our own, mostly my buddies.
Once the beta is back up and runnimg so many more games to cast will be avail, and I'll be lurking these forums looking for pro games to cast. Pro games are always way more fun to cast.

But yea, here they are, give us some feed back, we're really working towards getting better at casting. :D

Try working on speaking more clearly (slower might help this -- sometimes you get overexcited and it's difficult to understand).

This is based just on a brief watching of the first youtube. Not bad though - keep it up

Haha, alright we'll work on that. Every one tells me that I speak to fast even iRL.

SC2 casting will have some large oppertunities, but it will also have a large number of people gunning for those oppertunities, keep at it and keep practicing and you can make a name for yourself at this.
As with playing, a lot of it will come down to willpower of who really wants to be the best at it.

I just had to come on here and thank you for putting annotations linking to the second part of a game. Not enough casters do this and I have no idea why!

I know eh.. I hate having to look for part 2 especially if the upload orders mess up.

And yea, we'll be helping out with Lans in our area to get SC2 big as with our casting poweress. :D

Its funny how listening to the first game we casted to the latest game we casted how much we've already changed in tone of voice. Hopefully its for the better.

Good job man. If you could get hold of good games when the beta restarts I would definitely subscribe... as it is now I have a lot of subscriptions already :-)

A few ideas for improvement (game 7):

The player of the match is a little unclear. I think this is due to a less than optimal microphone. Clear audio is very important imo!

It's good that you go a little back and fourth between yourselves and comment on what you think is good, but imo be careful not to get excited over standard plays. It's good to be excited in tense situations and follow the game, but an extractor trick in order to get a queen out due to somewhat poor supply management should just be a footnote, not a 'great play'... I'm sorry I know I come across arrogant here, but I'm just saying this because I can see a lot of players who will be very critical of even the slightest signs of a non-pro commentator.... it doesn't bother me personally, but, you know... just a suggestion. I guess it depends if you cater towards strong players who will watch pros play to learn and see the newer strategies in action, of if you are looking to provide excitement for more casual players - if the latter is the case, then it's completely fine imo!

Final point would be to just somehow ensure you get good pro replays because I really think that's what people will want to rush... somehow get some strong players to send replays directly to you and people will be interested :-)
