Mjellow!
So, we are at beta-break and it's time to watch a billion VODs - I'm currently replaying everything Day9 has sent on the beta.
But when putting any flash-vid up full screen on the dual monitor, it would go non-fullscreen, when clicking on the primary monitor.
I found a solution, I thought I would share - allowing people to run the games-vids in fullscreen on the 2nd monitor, while working on primary.
Solution is here http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-keep-flash-videos-full-screen-on-a-second-monitor/
Note: if you are on vista 64bit, you'll find the NPSWF32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

You do realize that this has almost nothing to do with SC2 and that if anyone wanted this they could just google right?

It's a nice trick to know if you have dual monitors but I don't see why you needed to make this thread and in the sc2 section of all places

People will find this useful, this problem was bugging me for some time before i found the make use of thing.

I thought most people on SC2-beta vecation could use it the most. I didn't know someone had modified flash dll's to make use of dual monitors, so I never googled it until tonight.
Now, go back to your guitar .

Too tired to play
So I spend my time being cranky on forums instead

Considering there are tons of SC2 streams I find it relevent. I have experienced this problem, but I really didn't have any idea that something like this existed. Awesome thread. Thanks.

Haha, I actually googled this myself a couple of weeks back when HDH was airing. Was reading a really interesting article just as I think the semi's were about to start and I just raged at the miniscule video area on my second monitor.
Really useful for those dual monitor junkies out there, definitely recommended.

I know exactly how this works.
The adobe flash player restriction for the fullscreen flash player is actually an "intended security feature". The edited .dll file is simply the original .dll file, run through a hex editor, with ONE ENTRY (2 digits IIRC...) modified from some entry to a '00' value.
Note that I did this a myself a looooooooong time ago, above values may be subject to error.
But there should be no harm in doing this. Just an FYI.

omg, thank you for this. I always thought this was annoying but never tried to find a fix like this.. haha
