Stork: "I'm thinking we need to finish up the season well"

Q: How does it feel to conclude the three game losing streak?
- We were winning during the early stages of Round 4, but as we were past halfway, I started losing and the team lost too. But I'm relieved that we won our last match. If we do well on Round 5, I think we can get to the postseason so we need to finish strongly.
Q: Did you know you had a losing record against Midas?
- I did know. But that was when Midas hyung was invincible so that didn't matter that much. I also don't think much of my record against other players. Nowadays I think that preparing for the match is more important than worrying about records against other players.
Q: Did you know about the timing push used by the Terran attack?
- He denied my scout so I produced a lot of probes and went about the match wealthy. But I was surprised when he came out during that timing. Who went up the hill first was very important, but luckily I got there first so the game flowed easily. I was very lucky.
Q: Were you demoralized by the recent losing streak?
- I feel that when I'm playing but not when I'm practicing. When we were behind 0:2, I was worried because the opposing team was doing well recently, but it didn't affect my play
Q: Your first opponent in Round 5 is SKT. Are you looking forward to it?
- I'm really looking forward to it. But I'm not too sure how the fans will see it, since the players they want to see play aren't as strong as before. But if I could choose, I think it'll be fun to play against Bisu, who is someone the fans want to see play
Q: It's been a while since you have won together with JangBi. How does it feel?
- It's been so long so It feels great. If we do well on Round 5, we may be able to get to at least 6th place. I would like for every player, not just me and Jangbi, to do well and produce a good record.
Q: Any last words?
- We only had one match this week and it was on Tuesday, so we had a long preparation time. I'm thankful to the players who helped me practice despite having the preliminaries soon, and so now I'll help the other players practice for the preliminaries.

Jangbi: "I want to do well on Round 5 so we can enter the Post Season"

Q: You contributed to escaping the team's losing streak. How does it feel?
- During the three game losing streak, I felt as if the Post Season was getting harder to reach. But if we get 9 or 10 wins on Round 5, I think we can get there. While it's nice that we escaped our losing streak. I wish to do well on Round 5 so we can enter the post season.
Q: It's been a while since you won twice in one day.
- Quite a while (laugh). It's been quite a while so I'm extremely happy. Last year I was able to win twice in one day many times, but this year I think this is the first time excluding the Winner's league. I felt really good playing today's Ace match. I played feeling rather well and I felt like I would win.
Q: Did you plan the Carriers in round 4?
- It wasn't planned. Originally I was going to manage with Arbiters, but because Terran didn't push out, I chose Carriers. But because I chose carriers on a situation where I was low on gas and a rather odd timing, I could have lost.
Q: Your timing rush was good in the ace match.
- Every time I prepare against Zerg, there is a pattern. During practices, I figure out when the zealots and templars should go out to minimize damage. So recently, I've been comfortable playing against Zerg. It's more fun than playing against Terran or Protoss and I can't really explain it but it's really comfortable. It could just be confidence.
Q: It's also been a while winning with Stork
- I think this is the first time this season. Last year, I think Stork hyung and I always won together. But this year if one of us won one, the other lost so I never get to take a picture with him (laugh). Now that Round 5 is left, I hope we will win together and take pictures together.
Q: Any last words?
- I want to say thank you to the teammates that helped me practice. I hope that we can put our strengths together to gather to harvest a good record and enter the postseason.
