The subject is pretty much in the open. If you download the new BWscanner version 1.00 I(c) it will give you the hacklist.
According to TraveltoAiur only old OP3 3.0 version is considered as one since with it you can see what is your opponent doing.
The 3.1 one is not considered as hack since it stops running itself in games. Apm live is not detected by the BWscanner so its not considered a hack. If you have used the apm live or the OP3 excuse ~ busted.
You can also read more about the hacklist in a news article link at http://www.starcraftgamers.com. There is a link there to another site that has published the list.

So what? I use OP3 to watch reps and I didn't update to the newest version. Because of that I should be put on a HACK list?

Ask TraveltoAiur ~ you watch replays with BWscanner on while your playing another opponent? OR you watched a replay with your opponent while both had bwscanner on? Ingenious!
In matters of honor and reputation you are your own guard and army ~ ask TraveltoAiur to help you solve the matter. His e-mail is easy to find. He keeps logs of all the reported activity by BWscanner.
If you do not hack ~ my heart goes out to you man ~ but I am powerless to change anything. I do not make the news I just report them.

Are you 100% sure everyone on your list is a hacker? I think just posting names is pretty stupid, unless you have 100% prove --;

A name on a list does not mean you are hacker ~ there are many reasons you can end up on that list ~ program glitch, some one uses you account, battlenet evil gremling, battlenet server screw up or TraveltoAuir wakes up in a bad mood, etc.. u can make as many up as you want. Its not proof you that you hack. If you are a smart hacker Ultimate proof is never really available unless some one is filming him at your home.
And yet the names are in the list, and you can download them with BWscanner, and you can chose to trust or not to trust the program. Up to you. I just report the news.
Personally I think TraveltoAiur has ballz of steel ~ he makes a solid program that gives an intelligent solution to hacking ~ and stands by it. I hope his solution lasts ~ and if he keeps updating his program it will continue to last. After all we all want the same thing, no? A good game and no cheating? Goodgame[cf]you want that too no? Have you asked if SamSung[cf] who also appears on that list if he really hacked?

As I mentioned before, once you start to distribute a HACKlist, it is your responsability to make sure you didn't put wrong name on it. I've sent email to TraveltoAiur but he didn't give me any response.
"A name on a list does not mean you are hacker." True. What about a name on a HACK list? As long as my name is on the list, the list means nothing cuz its a HACKlist with hackers and honest players.
