It'll be something like Bear vs jYj. And then we don't see jYj again all round.

They're held live, so that counts. It's obviously a tournament, there's a bracket (all be it unorthodox), we're set there. If and only if they're casted from location, I think it should count.

It's not for your amusement honestly, its a good idea to follow something like this to see how it plays, what happens, happens, editing it and changing it makes it feel less original and special. you end up having people say well X wouldn't be champion if Y thing didn't happen.

Exactly, i used to be excited for each defense, and now... Please make it count, unless he lose against someone who has less chance of ever playing again. But this is getting absurd : longest champion Bear ? Come on.

RorO earned the Title, and then Bear beat him, therefore Bear earned the Title too, its not fair to just call it cause you want to see it change, do you even care about the flow of the title, who previously had it? or only who currently has it and who currently steals it?

In the case of say Bear losing the title back to Roro due to inactivity, and Roro being defeated "before he regains his title back" doesn't count (to make it simple, so we don't have to backtrack and keep track of wins before then). So if Roro lost to <x> player today. But later, Bear loses his title due to inactivity (and Roro reclaims it). <x> player who defeated Roro before then, doesn't receive the title (instead it goes directly back to Roro). Two reasons: 1. It makes it simpler (less having to backtrack). Though it's not that big of a deal if we ignore this (since tracking players play in big tournaments isn't that hard). 2. Since Roro doesn't have the Unofficial World Champion title at the time of his defeat (it would still belong to Bear, until Bear loses it due to inactivity), then he obviously doesn't know what's at state (even if he doesn't already) when he plays SC2 games >.>.

Keep the current rules fine but don't be surprised if we're sitting here 3 months from now and Bear has still not played a title defense match. So maybe we have to wait a while, but lets be honest. this thread being inactive, for even three months, won't ruin anyones life. And much later when we are going through the unofficial world champions, we can all joke and make fun at how BEAR, a nobody, held the tittle for such a long time. its like being a part of history. sure, it may be as fun as watching grass grow as we wait, but i personally think it's worth it. ![]()
