Yes I picked Flash despite him costing 10 points, but he really hasn't been doing much other than being a complete boss lately so I feel confident in the pick. I really think Best at 2 points is a hilariously good deal, same with Revival on 5. Most of my picks is just me whoring out EGTL as much as possible really.
I didn't really think much about my antiteam picks, I'm kinda counting on Flash doing well enough to counteract any antiteam drawbacks,

Had to pick up Flash this time, I think he's really hitting his stride in Starcraft 2, and with his recent interview saying he loves TvZ, it makes him more valuable than ever. Terminator is almost always thrown out, so atleast he'll have a lot of play time. Jaedong and Stephano are aces for EGTL and they need wins desperately. Picked up a supporting cast of Flying, Mind, and Leta. I feel like the only valuable one was Flying but oh well.
As for anti-team, I've seen Bravo play maybe once and wasn't impressed. Very frustrated with Revival, he cost my team last round. I can feel Action is going to bite me in the ass.
R3 gogo! And just now remembering it is no longer all-kill format! woo!

I was really impressed with both Bong and AfroToss's PvP skills, especially Afro! So I had to pick up both this round and make Afro my captain as a sign of respect, hopefully karma will reward me, as I have him  Who wouldn't want Flash and Jaedong on the same team, it had to be done. JYP, my team will be in need of a teddy bear for those nights when things don't turn out as we had planned. Sang/Term is just a solid pick. And bong, well he's getting fired up this season, that's for damn sure.

First of all, I created an excel file, where I did some research. I was mostly looking for winrates and effectivity per point. If you want to check the excel, just go here. I used stats only from 2012/2013 Proleague - from both rounds. I went for this, because I think this is very different from R1. In R1 nobody knew how strong exactly are kespa players gonna be and we didn't have any stats. At the start of this round, we have quite a few matches already played, so we have an idea. And of course, stats are gonna be useful for this. It is also much harder to pick underrated players now. On the other hand, there seem to be quite a few overrated ones. I don't like guys like Stork, Jangbi, Jaehoon, Free, RorO costing as much as they do. Problem with them is, they can win over anybody, but can also lose to anybody. It is a risk putting them on both places - main team or anti-team because of that. Therefore I decided I won't be going for any of them (or anyone, who plays against them for that matter) and I came up with this:
Main Team
Bravo(hon_sin) is a steal at 3 points. He didn't play at all R2, cause Stars have too stacked of a lineup but he will hopefully see a lot of play this round and pick up where he left off, meaning 4W 2L. For mere 3 points, I don't think there's too much of better choices.
JYP is there mostly because of matchup. hyvaa just doesn't live up to his MLG vs Proleague results. Combine that with JYP's strong PvZ and this seems like a good pick. Interestingly, after hOn_sin JYP is the guy with the best winrate and per point effectivity from 3 pointers.
P7GAB(Wooki) is pretty good pick at 5 points imo. Great winrate, big effectivity. And he plays BeSt in his first match, which he should win. BeSt doesn't seem like he is fully used to SC2 yet (still 4th best on SKT though) and Wooki's PvP is excellent.
Action is another pretty good 5 pointer. Just like the last round, where there was a lot of amazing 3 pointers, this round it seems like 5 pointers are the way to go if you want a solid team with not too much of true aces, but also no 1 or 2 pointers who won't win (if they even play). Interestingly enough, most of them are from KT. I will probably try to trade him later on (depending on the matchups), but I believe he should be able to take down sacsri in first match.
Stats is my captain and I hope I won't regret this pick. He just seems like the most solid of the bunch, even though he has to play Rain first match. He still has the biggest winrate in Proleague and he also has one of the best per-point effectivity (of course, the "most effective" are those 2 pointers who played 2 matches and won 1, but who would want them). I just hope Stats will work hard in order to show us good games :p.
And finally, ZerO is my "Ace" pick. He is becoming the best zerg on Stars over Soulkey, which is a good feat in itself. He also has favourable (I think) first match and I am definitely looking to trade him depending on the results and next week schedule. From the other 8 pointers - I don't want JangBi, RorO, Jaehoon for the reasons I stated above and from the rest I think ZerO has the most favourable first match. I would go with Hydra, but Stork can actually beat him (just as easily as he can lose).
For the team pick I went with SK Telecom T1, just because they are actually much better then 1 point... If I had points to spare, I would probably go for KT, but I don't.

Yeah, I know I said I don't want anyone like free (or anyone who plays against Jaehoon) near my team, but I just couldn't come up with anything for anti and I actually think free is pretty overrated. I wanted to go with Bogus, but he has a free win against Zenio, so that would not be a good idea. I am basically coin-flipping, if free wins I am pretty much screwed, if he loses I will probably be able to trade him for someone more predictable. And Jaehoon had pretty good PvP today.
Last - 3 points, doesn't play 1st match and basically cannot win anything since OSL. Also from STX. Solid pick for anti, imo.
s2 plays Flash first round. nuff said. (Also I don't see him getting too much play for SKT1, he will be part of a rotation imo, hopefully he doesn't win at all...)
So yeah, I hope this time I will just do better then last round. Feel free to use the excel linked above for your own teams ;-)

Soulkey 5 pts? NUTS! he just didnt play last round, Free/Zero did the job for him. he's still ace AND good.

I did terrible the last two rounds, so I will just give the 1p captain thing a chance. Not sure how I feel about it though, there are so many good 4/5p players this round, it would be so easy to creat an all-round good team. The only player I'm not really sure about is Soulkey. He did pretty bad last round, but this preparation based format will probably suit him better and he should still be an ace option for WJS. Maybe I'll switch him with herO or some other 5p protoss.
Major probably won't be played at all this round, so he's pretty safe for anti. Last doesn't play this week and he hasn't done that good in the past. Jaehoon is a gamble, but I don't feel he's worth the 8 points, but we'll see. Pretty much all the high-value players are doing just fine right now, so it's hard to choose.
