Anti Team 6 Jaedong 4 soO 3 TRUE(Alone)
Bbyong- Your telling me I can get a Code A Terran for 2 points? GIMME. Speed- Dude is blossoming, wrecked face last year and I am super glad I traded him off my anti after 1 week. Bogus- Hasn't been that great, but ro4 in the GSL? For 6 points. Plus he's the team's Ace in a number of cases, which is very good. Afrotoss- Loved his play last round especially in a PvZ on ohana where I thought he had great understanding of the late game. Expecting a potential breakout. Rain- Yay people are starting to decrease his value! I love this guy and his play and I'm seriously hoping he brings that championship form back. Revival- Scored a bunch of points for me last round, and appears to be getting a lot of playing time. Telecom T1- I know they haven't been that good, but 1 point for serious? I had to pick Telecom when I saw that.
I originally wanted to go with a bunch of 4-6 players, but when I saw that a Code A terran was available for 2 points, remembered how much Paralyze impressed me, and realized I could essentially get 2 aces on my team with this setup I jumped at the chance.
My Anti-Team.
Seems to be a tradition for me to put Jaedong on my anti, because I don't think he's going to be in the same condition in a not Kespa training regiment, he will probably be attending more foreign tourneys than hes ever done and that will throw him off.
soO- I had him on my main team last round and then watched in agony as he banked 4k gas while building only roach-ling against an opponent who had committed to immortal/sentry based play on 2 base. After I saw that absurd display, I knew he was going on my anti this round.
TRUE- Don't know anything about this guy, but I don't remember him playing much. Hopefully this doesn't bite me.

Good hair good times
Main Team 6 Cure(Speed) 7 HerO 8 JangBi 2 ParalyzE (captain) 2 Sola(BBatta) 4 soO 1 SK Telecom T1
Anti Team 2 Classic 6 Jaedong 5 TY(Baby)
Started the analysis with low-point players.
Sola/Bbatta stood out because he managed to take a game from a very famous and skilled player (Stephano), Jangbi had some nice things to say about him in the interview, and he's on a team that's on the rise. Afrotoss (Paralyze) is sitting on a 3-3 record from round 2, and overall has pulled a few nice wins, over Action, Bogus, Shy. and herO. I believe soO as a player and SKT will rebound from a horrible round 2, and they are both very cheap.
For the expensive players, I was really surprised by Cure's performance round 2, and he was very solid round 1 as well. He's relatively cheap at 6. If he hadn't missed a game due to traffic, HerO would have been 6-2 this round, one of the absolute best records. With Taeja sidelined due to injury, I think HerO will step up to ace role quite often, especially since JYP keeps disappointing. Finally, Jangbi's stock just keeps going up and up, and it looks like Samsung is really on an upward trend.
For the anti-team, Baby is a big risk since he did so well in round 1, but the numbers show he was (with Taeja) the most overrated player of round 2 (cost=8, points gained=3!), and given that you need 13 points to fill an anti-team, you have to take a risk somewhere. Similarly, Jaedong was only sent out twice, and was not too impressive at 2-2. Finally, I was able to afford a cheap 3rd player. I picked Classic, who has a losing record (he even lost to a foreigner!) on a losing team (STX).

Main Team 2 Bbyong (captain) 5 herO[jOin] 5 P7GAB(Wooki) 4 soO 5 Soulkey 5 TY(Baby) 4 Woongjin Stars
Anti Team 3 Shine 7 Stork 3 TRUE(Alone)
Stork is on the rise and could easily make 20pts in a round, but still at 7 he is an anti team favorite over other options. Shine is still surprisingly bad in SPL, Alone is not worth the cost of 3.
On main team, just all are solid players of low price for the performance. Other good candidates: hon_sin, Stats, Action. About KT vs Stars, I am just going with my favorite team here out of bias, even though my analysis still gives KT a slight edge.

Shrine Dont Lie.
Main Team 1 Acacia 10 Flash (captain) 6 Innovation(Bogus) 3 JYP 4 Light 2 Motive 4 KT Rolster
Anti Team 3 Last 7 Stork 3 Trap
I found it funny how the total cost of my previous team was 40 points. still cant believe hydra was worth 3 points that round but anyway...
Firstly, Flash. He's Flash. Pick justified. He IS the shrine. Number two. Bogus. Look at his past history, all his losses were against very good opponents. He beats up on anyone mid-tier. Zenio is going to get whomped this round. He's also STX's Ace. Good to have two ace's on your team. Number three. Light. Light's specialty: TvZ. Light's victim? True. I laughed at that match up. Easy win for Light. Also Woongjin. He's #1 Terran. He's going to get sent out. Number four: JYP. Bombed last round. However that's because Flash sucked all the confidence out of him by completely trashing him in the EG-TL/KT match. he never looked the same again. But he's good at PvZ, I'll give him that. Hyvaa is struggling to perform and looks like a one-hit wonder as someone who was mid-tier in SC:Bw just because of his muta usage. Number Five: Motive. Because Shrine Dont Lie. Also he has a pretty good chance I will say against soO. I had soO on my previous round. He did not look good. Also Synchronization. Number Six: Acacia. Because I needed a zerg. Also Shrine dont lie. Also Synchronization.
Team: KT. Because KT Rolster is the best team in SPL bar none. And they're going to lay a whomping on SKT T1 to begin round 3 (Although I am not convinced on Wooki and still think he sucks).
Anti Team: Stork because...he's still adjusting and I dont think he cares much of sc2 in all honesty. Also he has a hard first match up compared to HerO and Free. Also Samsung Khan is a terrible team that only did well last round because Roro and Jangbi carried them hard.
Last: Because STX is a terribad team. Also Last is the CJ Snow such that he went from top of the hill to the bottom in a big splash. Amazing.
Trap: Trap worked for me in round 1. He worked for me in round 2. He's going to work for me in round 3.

afrotoss pvz on ohana shouldnt be a good indicator. it is know that it is P favored. no wonder teams always sent toss on this map.(and they removed it from the map pool)

Struggled with this as well. Still debating. Crazy-Hydra goes well with my picks of Acacia/Motive/Flash and KT Rolster team and allows me to cheer them on even more. JYP is a very good PvZ specialist and will see more floor time in the rounds because of it.

JYP made more FPL points than Crazy-Hydra in both Round 1 and Round 2. I forgot to mention him above in my post actually, but he is one of the top cost-efficient picks at the moment. Crazy-Hydra is a very good pick too, of course. He is one of those players that the FPL staff traditionally undervalues. (since BW)

Main Team 2 Bbyong 6 Cure(Speed) 5 herO[jOin] 6 Innovation(Bogus) (captain) 5 P7GAB(Wooki) 4 soO 2 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]EG.TL[/tlpd]
Anti Team 5 Dear 3 Last 5 TY(Baby)
Main: I really wanted to try and play economically and avoid 7+er (with the exception of HerO but I couldn't find a way to trade him in that satisfied me which is why I chose EG-TL). -Bbyong is a steal for 2. I had him last round and he did okay but for 2 points he's a good value choice. -Cure(Speed) is T8's primary Ace. 6 points for a decent player who could win me ace matches = im in. -herO[jOin] hasn't been doing so well but for 5 points I'm willing to wager that he'll bounce back soon. -There's no question Innovation(Bogus) is good. He made it pretty far in the GSL last season (semi-finals if I recall correctly). He is also quite likely to be STX's Ace. Same logic applies as with Cure. -Since i started watching Proleague in R1, I liked P7GAB(Wooki) a lot. His play is solid and I think he hasn't even lived up to his true potential yet. The Wooki All-kill in last round just bolsters the number of reasons why I should choose him. Another awesome value (soo many good 4-6 players this round!) -soO is pretty good. Probably 3rd in the SKT1 line of aces, He was good during the MLG ToC invitational and although SKT1 players have been slumping lately, if he gets out of it I think he'll do fine. I would have gone with Light but I needed a Zerg.
Anti: I had Dear on my main last round. He didn't do so well until the very end. Hoping he continues this trend. Last is a so-so player. STX in general hasn't been doing so well and Last hasn't done anything exceptional for them. Minimal team gains hopefully. You'd expect TY(Baby) to do better but lately he has been loosing A LOT.

Ugh, I don't even want to try. I do much better in all-kill format (despite a terrible terrible anti-team featuring JangBi).
KT is just so strong in PL format. Everything else...I just picked players whom I thought would play a lot. I might switch the captain to Stats but I don't plan on changing much else, unless a detailed guide pops ups before registration closes. Anti-team...I'm still not comfortable with how an anti works so I figured I'd pick someone who'll get me a lot of negative points, but the other two will most likely not gain me much other than when they show up. Yeah, pretty much it.
EDIT: Just switched some anti-teams around.

After the abysmal results of the last two FPLs, I decided to throw caution and reason to the winds and go with the heart. Neo.G_Soulkey and Light[aLive], I'm sorry I ran out of points. <3

My anti-team, though, was made by picking random players who I think will be over-priced for the regular format. So I'm not sure what I'm doing here - please advise.

Like, rather than choosing a 7+ player on the anti who will likely be an Ace and get a lot of points that way (e.g. Effort) and then 2 low pointers, go for maybe like 2 overvalued 5ers and a bad 3 player or something like that.

not sure about that, think they'll still take TY over Cure anyday and also possibly Argo. By my knowledge, he's the 3rd ace on that team. Doesnt change the fact that Cure is a very good player!

Gahhh I just can't decide between soO and Sang I keep bouncing back and forth between them... soO seems like he has the potential t be a solid player who gets put in the line up a fair bit... But his results seem to be fairly inconsistent at best :S.. Not sure how I really feel about Sang either...

CHux's revenge
Main Team 2 Bisu 6 Cure(Speed) 8 Fantasy (captain) 6 Jaedong 2 Major 4 soO 2 Samsung Khan
Anti Team 3 Bravo(hon_sin) 7 HerO 3 hyvaa
After Chux Team got slaughter in R2 here comes a new edition!
I think it's time to have a low value team and give oportunities to more balanced players. (And to bisu (come ON!)). With one slot left, my hearth picked Major, but I don't think he will be playing a lot. The anti was to hard to pick this time so i picked HerO ( who i think doesn't quite suit in the normal format), hyvaa ( well .. he doesn't play to often) and Bravo (who is this guy?).
