First time round, I got exactly 2 points by the end.
Second time, a bit more, but still ew.
This time I'm going for a more balanced team.
Main:
Dear because he has been impressing me the last week or two in All-kill format and for 5 points he's at a decent cost.
JYP as captain because I'm probably not going to trade him away and even if he were to flop, 3 points is not bad. He is a staple EGTL ace, and he does win now and again so he's good for 3 points.
Light gives me exposure to WJS that has a really strong PL line with Zero, Soulkey, sOs all being really good. Light's not bad as well, he's probably going to see a lot of play, and for 4 points it's cheap.
P7GAB is a good KT protoss. Gives me points when KT wins as I expect them to, and P7GAB can stand his own in any matchup as well. 5 points, decent cost.
Rain is good. He may have been on and off in All-kill format but he showed in Round 1 that he's an ace that never loses. I feel Fantasy needs work on his macro, (mass supply block) but Rain is solid and has showed that many times over. 8 points is good enough for me, I didn't choose Flash because he's worth 10 and honestly in PL format, Flash is as likely to win as Rain (i.e. approaching 100%).
soO is a solid SKT zerg that has saved SKT's ass many times and I don't know why he's 4 points, hell yes.
SKT1: 1 point for such a good team. Why not.
Anti:
Not going for Jangbi. Had him for Round 1 and much of Round 2, he likes to murder anti teams. I'm not touching him this time.
hyvaa: I had him on anti Round 2. He duly didn't score much. He's cheaper now at 3, but just as bad and I don't expect him to win this time round.
Shine: He's still at like 25% win rate in PL iirc, think he's 2-6 or something dismal like that. He's one of the worst 3 pointers.
Stork: 7 points? Why? He's still not very good at all and I don't think he's even got a 50% win rate yet. I had Stork on anti team and he hasn't scored much points either.

I think my team name says it all. I think I have six players who will play every week (perhaps wit the exception of an extremely cheap JYP and Teriminator) and three potential aces in Bogus, herO[join], and Soulkey. Unfortunately, all of my players are on different teams. Team choice was essentially a crap shoot.
Anti was much harder once I realized that TaeJa couldn't be selected (if he could, you'd be foolish not to take him). This made it a ton harder. I had JangBi in R1, which served me well, but he torched me in R2. I thought about putting Stork in, but I figured his team's been hot lately and used him sparingly in ace situations (but with JangBi, probably the same amount as Jaedong). He's also playing Hydra, who's on fire but Jaedong's playing Dear, so it pretty much cancels out. I think Bisu's an obvious inclusion as he's probably never going to see the booth again, while I think Action's overpriced. Unfortunately, his team is very good, so that could hurt.

I finished 21st or something in round 1 but really flopped in 2nd all kill round. This was mostly to Stats not getting the starting opportunity, and Soulkey really under performing. I also made huge mistake of putting wrong players in the anti-team such as HerO. For round 3, there are a lot of capable players that are very cheap. Main team was very easy to build compared to other seasons.
herO[join] is my captain because we all know he is a pretty good player and I never put expensive player as my captain.
Fantasy is a no brainer for me. He can always be trusted and it is guaranteed he will play in the ace match (or Rain but Fantasy is more trustworthy)
Crazy-Hydra is so dirt cheap at 3 pts that I had to grab him. He will get a start every match.
Same with Best. Dirt cheap at 2 points and will probably get a start every match.
Bogus at 6 pts is insane for the team's ace player.
And Soulkey... The bane of my second round team. But I will put faith in him once again. He was pretty cheap too so there is no pressure like other seasons.
I picked SKT because they're obviously only 1 point which is just crazy. Their price can only go up and they will do better in PL format with Fantasy, Rain almost guaranteed wins, and the likes of soO, Paralyze, Best will have to step up to get that one win. Will be hard for them to 4-0 anyone but buying them is worth it.
Anti team I will probably trade Argo for Taeja after first round.

we dont know when stephano and taeja become available for anti-team tho, that might well be later than the first round... its a risk you're free to take ofc, but i wouldn't make it.

Wasn't sure who to get at 2 points, but Classic seems like a solid choice, since he'll be playing cause the STX roster doesn't have the depth to field 6 players other than Classic

Revival is great at only 5 points, he's one of the best out there, why not get him!

Obviously Soulkey is going to give value to the Stars, and continue the immense winning for us!

4 Woongjin Stars
ZerO and Woongjin have been my captain and team for so long, there's no way I'm going to change that right now, until they're worth too many points  . I'm sure it'll happen soon enough, because they'll tear through everyone, but right now, they're staying. I think 1 time I even had ZerO at 9, and would probably get him at 10 too.

It really pains me to put Stork in my anti-team; I want him to win so much (he's also the only player I picked to be my captain other than ZerO a few FPLs ago), but at 7 points, I'm going to assume Jangbi will be put out over Stork for all ACE matches, so it isn't that much of a point loss. I feel so bad putting him there, but I know he'll do well, just not 7 points well D:.

3 hyvaa - STX main zerg is a steal for 3 points. Will surely get lots of playtime.
6 Innovation(Bogus) - I hope he's still STX Ace despite a weak all-kill season.
6 Jaedong (captain) - This is not a calculated choice. I've had Jaedong as my captain 12 seasons in a row and I'm not going to chance it now. He could very well get the Ace role when Stephano and Taeja is away.
5 P7GAB(Wooki) - I can't really decide between Wooki and Stats. Will probably switch them around a bit before season starts. Wooki has the easiest first week opponent though.
4 soO - He got lots of playtime from SKT last season even though he didn't perform that well. If Boxer believes in him he can't be that bad.
5 Soulkey - Was overshadowed by Zero in WJS last season, but I've always considered Soulkey to be a better player. Might get the Ace role.
1 SK Telecom T1 - Great players but have been under-performing. They should catch a break this season and 1 point is ridiculously low, especially when Parting is joining.
Anti Team
8 Argo(Jaehoon) - I think last seasons great run was kind of a fluke, He's always struck me as a good but not great mid-tier player and 8 pts is overvalued.
2 Major - Haven't heard from him since he joined T8. Never been sent out before, probably wont be sent out again.
3 Last - Not sent out first week. Will probably trade him later as he's actually a pretty decent player.

As a zerg player I have always had a lot of zergs. Lots of players with Ace chances this time.
I'm guessing Bogus as main player, SKT as team and Jaehoon as an antipick will be the most popular picks this season.

That being said, this team looks too good to be true, basically every player I have is a possible ace, and if theres anything I learned from round 1, its better to have a good all round team than to put all your chips in 2-3 players and then have 1-2 fillers. Now every player that I have on my roster has a legitimate chance to win every time they play, which is very important.
