To add my two cents to this, Whole is definitely very active and would probably be a great pick but I do feel the problem lies in the way the fan threads work currently. I've seen it once where the OP was banned and then mods had to take over the updating I believe. If it is somehow possible it would be excellent if a liquipedia system could be used, where everyone can sort of edit and have a few people, like Whole for example, who can permit the changes (more like suggestions in that case) made. How it could work? Only a wise wizard can look into the future but legend has it that if you can have the OP post be linked to a liquipedia entry, you can just use the whole liquipedia system which is excellent I think for all the editing stuff, and the only new thing would be that it OP post takes it's content from that entry.
