Is it just me or is Twitch lagging like hell? Can't even watch in 360P. It was relatively ok watching Europe this afternoon.

Wow, i'm used to some lag.
But i seem to have 1 frame per 20 seconds or so.
Also, even the sound went out a lot, which didnt happen before.
