The patrons were still arguing amongst themselves when they heard the alarm bell ring, signaling that their 2 days were up. A dark hush fell over the crowd as GMarshal stepped forward onto his balcony to adress the crowd.

"So, who among you is the spy?"

The patrons glanced around at each other, and then lurched forward, pushing DimmuKlok forward.

"Excellent, wheel in the device!"

The patrons watched as a strange contraption with various knobs, straps, and a rather large Dial was pushed onto the main casino floor.

"My engineers have assured me that while there might be some...Interesting side effects to using this device, It will accuratly distinguish a lie from the truth. Strap him in boys!"

DimmuKlok struggled as he was tied down, "I am not a member of the gangs!" he yelled.

His protests were ignored as the machine turned on. DimmuKlok Screamed as the electric shocks soon became too much, and his life was taken from him. The patrons however turned their eyes to the dial, and watched in horror as it slowly moved to TRUTH.

"It seems you have failed me. We will resume this in the morning. I'll just leave this here as a...Motivator."

With that GMarshal walked out of sight, and left the stunned patrons to morn the loss of one of their own.

Goddamnit. Now imagine how hard it would have been to get a lynch if we'd picked scum. Maybe on subsequent days we should try to get some sort of majority down by 20 hours before the lynch.

I don't know how feasible that would be, but I'm afraid that as we move into the weekdays, lots of people are going to be in class or at work at around this time in the afternoon. That may be our best option going forward.

I'm feeling really suspicious towards Mattchew right now. After replacing in for MannerKiss, he claimed that he wouldn't be active until Sunday, conveniently after the first day deadline. This absolves him of responsibility for the first lynch, but instead of voting for a lurker, he places his vote on me, without any justification.

Then he returns for this jewel of a post:

~30 minutes before the deadline. Not only does this directly contradict his earlier post, but he also didn't follow up on his reasoning for voting me.

Then, and this is the big issue I have with him: he disappears for the deadline, leaving his vote on me when it was unclear whether we'd be able to get a lynch at all. It's obvious that he hasn't just logged off, either, as he makes a post in the Werewolves thread 7 minutes later.

Why did he lie? Why did he fail to explain his vote against me? Why did he leave again, threatening to leave the town without a lynch?

It's unfortunate that I can't vote for Mattchew now, because I would strongly favor doing so.

on DimmuKloK: he was not able to defend himself as he said he would be very busy until Monday. Let's try and consolidate our cases further in advance so such situations don't arise, kk? Sometimes when people say they are busy, they're not lying.

Also, my apologies, I didn't mean to make the lynch so narrowly close. 63 min Dota 2 game, I'm telling you. 45 assist tidebringer

The other player who's directly suspicious from the vote pattern is Gumshoe, as he was present 40 minutes before the deadline and didn't switch his vote to the lynch candidate he'd voted for previously. On the other hand, it looked rather like got out of bed, switched his vote to Midnight and then went back to bed again.

Right. I'll be listing my suspisions here.

DoYouHas - His nonchalant attitude before the lynch really surprises me. Although jaj does raise a valid point about how difficult a decision it might have been for him, what i find really scummy about it is the wording of his last post.

I am not comfortable lynching Midnight, ET, or Dimmuklok. A no lynch is preferable to me at this point. If I have not been convincing enough with my case against sl0osh, so be it. Find the majority without me.

On a side note it doesn't look like Zbot recorded either my vote or Mattchew's.

I find it pretty wierd that he is advocating the no lynch, and the "find the majority without me" just feels like he doesnt care about what happens with the lynch. I am pretty suspisious of him right now. He has plenty of time to redeem himself in my eyes though.

Mattchew - MannerKiss with all that lurking was already suspisious enough, and u add on to it by just coming in, dumping a sheep vote, calling out gum for a scumslip (You dont even bother pointing it out), before dissapearing at the most crucial time of the day. This reeks scum to me.

I'll be rereading the thread in a while, but these are my suspisions for now. Gumshoe deserves a honorable mention in here for his sudden disappearance during lynch time after being by far the most active throughout the day. Still think that he is probably town though.

I still think he's scum. Going after Mattchew, Mannerkiss's replacement is consistent, so I can't fault him for that, but I can't agree with him wanting to vote him for 1. voting himself, aka OMGUS, and 2. being AWOL from thread with excuse. he could be using his phone you know. Or maybe he hasn't quite left yet. Point is, mattchew isn't being constructive but he not an autovote. especially because he's only posted a bit.

However, I think examining the other happenings in the thread is a good idea. I could endlessly tunnel Midnight, but I need to get a good look at the bigger picture. Besides, you really think its strange that I'm addressing the lynch that just happened, over midnight? I was literally the last voter on him, I should be scrutinized for doing so.
