False. CELL TECH is the future of muscle building fat burning technology and far superior than any "creatine" or "supplement" you speak of.

And as far as HIIT, i like to do it with sprints/box jumps to train for rugby, which is really just an 80 minute game of HIIT

I heard that CELL TECH is in fact a living entity of it's own? T or F?

True.

In fact, CELL TECH is so good, that combined with a Smith machine, those things put together, will get you places. I kid you not. CELL TECH is the shit.

CELL TECH is more than a separate living entity; it is the distillation of the fundamental life force that exists within all living beings. Without CELL TECH, there is no life as we know it.

Rumor has it that Jinro is one of the greatest known sources of CELL TECH on the planet.

Desperately trying to make up for my mistakes, I looked for scientific data on CELL TECH and found out it consists to 58% of the pulverised bones of powerlifters, 23% spartiate blood and 19% bear semen. This formula is based on the most recent findings regarding proper nutrition for athletes and has been passed over from generation to generation since the time when the world was ruled by the titans.
Data shows that CELL TECH users can gain 42 times as much strength when compared to an anabolic steroid using control group. These gains are retroactive, so the lifts you did weeks ago are also increased.
Other findings suggest that the apocrine sweat glands are also affected, and that females cannot resist the CELL TECH induced pheromones, resulting in a 308% increase in sexual activity.

I am so sorry that I wrongfully develuated CELL TECH as just some Creatine product. I hope that I can redeem myself by spreading the truth. May the old gods forgive me, if not in this, then maybe in another life.

I done it.

P90X is a program that works to get you in shape. Believe me when I say it'll increase your speed, cardiovascular ability, body composition, flexibility, and capacity to complete body weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, etc.) significantly, but it won't do all that much for your overall strength. Also, for reasons stated previously, it pretty much requires an improved diet to lose weight, so you shouldn't think that you'll just shed pounds by doing P90X.

If you're underweight, I recommend Starting Strength, a gallon of milk a day, and CELL TECH instead.

If you're overweight, I recommend Starting Strength, a paleolithic diet, and CELL TECH instead.

Talking about other programs after SS. I think that by January I'll move on into madcow or some shit ;o!. :D

I'm so glad that I've reached this far in my overall strenght and fitness. Thx to decaf, eshlow, Rosa, Dimsum, and others that gave me advice when I needed it.

Thanks guys.

Congrats on the gains man.

Just remember that you'll want to continue SS for as long as you possibly can ... there's no reason to prematurely jump into Madcow's, which is a program that lowers the intensity of your linear progress to 5 pound jumps a week. Generally, the thing to do is on normal SS, reset your squat twice. When you need the third reset, do it by 20%, move on to the advanced novice program, and do the typical reset with 10 pounds/session until you get within 5 of your previous 5RM, then drop the weight to 5 pounds/session.

The end of the advanced novice program will come when your squat requires another reset. I'm actually going to have to have a fourth reset I'm pretty sure due to the fact that I've missed three workouts due to ANOTHER respiratory infection. When I hit the gym again on what I'm thinking will be Monday or Tuesday, I'll see how I manage with 115kg squats ... but I have a feeling it won't go too well. fml.

An alternative to Madcow's is the Texas Method, which is a very similar style of intense day -> recovery day -> new PR day. I'm not looking forward to four weeks of resetting all of my lifts on Madcow's though, to be completely honest. Pretty brutal .

Wee 200.

Anyway, so I did my lifts yesterday and it was my first time failing, and boy did I fail hard lol.
My last set of squat I only got 3 or 4 reps, and then my shoulder press I failed after my second one on my second set. Although I blame it on the two days I had a shitty diet, not really allowing too much recovery, as well as the sleep I had (went to bed at 12, woke up at 2, took a final at 8 am.).

So what should I do? Should I use the same weight friday and see what happens, or go for a reset?

Thanks guys.

Edit: should of probably just looked up the answer lol

Make sure I'm getting this right though, I should keep the weight the same on the press but move the weight up in the squat, correct?

Didn't use the smith today.

I am such a fucking self saboteur. I know people don't care in the gym, but being the smallest and not very strong at all, I feel the fucking pressure pilling on me with just 10 people in the gym. I can barely bench 10 kgs, squat 10 kg okay, deadlift on 20kg. It doesn't feel I'm insanely week, moreso I shake like a fucking alcoholic. I guess it's a mixture of lacking muscle stabilizing and nerves.

I need something to lighten up my mood. Where did you guys start in your earlist days?

Being the bright fucking individual I am, I have come to the conclusion that there is an INSANE amount of room to improve.

Yeah I guess so, might be that the barbell is pretty fucking huge. But I have nothing to compare anyway.

I started with an empty barbell (20kg), two months in, I was pressing 55-60kg. Squatting 100kg and Benching my bodyweight .

You'll get there, just don't get down, and eat properly, and get into GOMAD!

Also, trust the CELL TECH gods, nothing in this world compares to the benefits it gives you.

Better do that alone in the morning at 7:00 AM then. Best nobody see me killing myself over the low numbers. Fun thing is I don't consider myself weak at all, I can push some pretty big boulders at home (farm) when doing yard work. Just my arms, shoulders are twigs.

Advocado, keep in mind that when you list your weight totals, you include the barbell weight as well. Typically, the barbell weights around 20kg.

If your arms and shoulders are like twigs that says alot doesn't it?

Today's workout:

BB Bench Press: worked up to heavy singles, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg and 95kg. Sooo close getting 100kg
Did some closegrips and went home.

@avocado: if you can barely do 10kg, wow...maybe you should forego the benching and do push ups first?
