It said that 5% of the top diamond will be able to promote to Master League. so What about the people that is slightly below the top 5%? Obviously "the people who is slightly below the top 5%" will become the "new top 5%" so will they ever promote to Master League or they will just stuck to Diamond League forever?> | ||

If you finally get to the top 5% you get promoted and if you drop out of the top 5% you're back to diamond, it's not that hard of a system. I get what you're trying saying that if they promote they're not the top 5% anymore of Diamond but Blizzard will just take both Master League and Diamond into consideration after the first 5% promote. | ||
