MKP's series against Zenio was the first time that Marine micro was truly demonstrated in astonishing effectiveness. I thought it was MKP vs Kyrix on Shakuras Plateau where everyone was in disbelief at marines beating banelings with crazy splits and micro. They were, MVP showcased some good splits vs Zenio in earlier rounds of that tournament but ultimately lost the series. MKP then blew everyone away with his control vs Kyrix. --- This game is looking good for Polt so far =)

Its a problem with the super tournament format. Its GomTVs fault for having a billion terrans and so skewed brackets. Winning the super tournament is in my opinion NOT equal to winning Code S. It should not be possible to go threw a GSL tournament of only TvTs. Not to bash MMA, but if he wins the entire thing it wont feel like a real winner. In my opinion you need to win in all match ups to be crowned as champion. But then again, its not MMAs fault, it is 100% on GomTV

He may have done it first in a GSL match but i really doubt he was the one that "invented marine splits".He made it look cool (against Kyrex was it?) because he made a apsurd amount of marines against banelings and people were caught off guard by that. Its really only stylistic and more of a "brand thing" that made him famous,but people figured him out and when he tried to go more diverse builds he got owned. I'm not saying hes a bad played but he gets too much credit for his play. And hes no where near July(even tho i know that wasn't your point)
MKP is good. At this point anybody who still refuses to believe that is just riding the bandwagon of being anti-"whoever is flavor of the month." Even haters who say they don't like him or his play have long since agreed that though they want to see him go down, he is good.
