The content you streamed and archived on Justin.tv at http://www.justin.tv/dreaivisaoc was the subject of a takedown notice we received from vobile (WARNER BROS) pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Here's the official reason for the ban. I have no idea about the actual content that was breaking it. | ||

i think the more mainstream the music is the higher is the risk of being taken down. for example sometimes there is stuff from lady gaga or red hot chilli peppers on your stream. i think if you would reduce it to maybe an internet radio with trance like the di.fm trance channel, you should be on the save side. or maybe some cool dj mixes who are distributed public anyway. and also if a dj modifies the track in his mixes (what they have to do to make the start and the end of a song fit with the next one) its not original anymore and isnt a part of the copyright. i hope to see you online again as soon as possible ! and do not worry, as soon as you are online again we will make sure you get this contract with twitch !!!! Greetings, When content is removed from the site due to DMCA takedown requests it is because we have gotten contact by the copyright holders and they have specifically requested that the content be taken down, due to them physically witnessing that their material had been infringed upon. If you have an account or see a channel that has been suspended due to copyright infringements, understand what we cannot restore accounts who have been banned in this method, unless it actually was a false takedown. Anyways i fell asleep yesterday and woke up this morning to find that this channel has been banned for a day, incredibly pissed. Specially since that whole " due to them physically witnessing that their material had been infringed upon" wtf is that? they have some creep all day checking streams?. Furthemore, keep streaming, and if we need to act like a swarm, let us know, the SC2 have managed it and no one can handle a full inbox of raging nerds emails clamoring for something. (maybe someone can help me down memory lane.... the names i remember playing that were pretty good/famous( i had like 20 names ranging from ATCT_Teuton to Major_Spike......DevilZ_Baron, Major_Eloff( we made a very good 2 v 2 team), Major_Paly, Arch_Koven, SamDeathwalker ( i actually googled this guy the other day and was disturbed where he ended up), ykhii, maimin_matty, VampireAA.... Such good times... | ||
