I will start to stream again, im currently around ~#15 on EU according to sc2ranks. My race is Zerg. I will mostly be playing Ladder or Custom games. I might rarely commentate during a game, but dont expect this to happen often.
I dont care if you dislike my music, so please stop whining about it, it will only result in me being less motivated to stream. Most of the time i am listening to some internet radio, so its not my who is talking, its the DJ of the radio.

I'm a low diamond zerg player and it's very cool learning from you by watching. I've seen your five or six last games today, hard time against protoss isn't it? :/ Why didn't you go for mutas or corruptors when you saw the robo bay? Much respect for your ZvT play it looks really solid... Imprerssive macro, great use of banelings, muta harrass,... I'd recommend many zerg players having problems with terran to watch your replays! I'd be glad to see some ZvZ to see how you deal with this matchup, too. Could you remind me the name of the radio you were listening to? That music was great.
I did build a spire in both games but it didnt finish in time. But yea, zvp is my worst matchup by far. The radiostream is hardbase.fm. Maybe there will be some ZvZ today... its just that there are very few Zergs left :p, it often feels (it probably isnt that bad..) like its 70% vT, 20% vP and 10% vZ.
Anyway, i hope i can show some better games today, will be streaming a bit now and more in the afternoon/evening.
u play Z... ur def on my need to watch list. Cant wait for classes to start so i can stare blankly at my netbook from the backrow...but not feel guilty cause i actually went to class that day haha
What is your opinion Darkforce about turning off mouse acceleration for gaming? Have you turned it on or off on your computer? Because I see much debate nowadays on TL and people didn't seem to agree with each other...
I really like your ZvT in mid-lategame. It is always entertaining to see 5 running hatches and 40 banelings in the making. If your ZvP catches up with your ZvT you really could play some succesful tournaments aswell as reaching the EPS-Finals.

Im not Darkforce (doh), but any competitive FPS game out there is best played with mouse acceleration off. Having it off means you will need to move your hand more, accuracy is however increased, sooo Id guess it should be the same _for the normal user_ in sc2 as well.

Hi darkforce i just watched your last 3 ZvT and i wonder why didnt you get a few infestors along with the baneling/ling/muta when you already had the infestation pit out wouldnt it make the banelings more effective against the bioball help against possible harass ?
So darkforce, what are you think is to do vs. the mass Thor strategie of the Terrans. Do you think you can counter that with Infestor and Neutral Parasite? I see you loose out of this way against Demuslim and Cloud..

i have lings+blings on 1, mutas on 2 and all banelings again on 3, i a-move the ling+blings in, then switch to group 2 (mutas), quickly make rallypoints for targetfiring the tanks (or just a-move if there are no tanks), then switch to 3 and manually move my banelings for the rest of the fight after his marines.

What is your opinion on opening roaches? like a 13 pool 16 gas 15 overlord 16 ling 20 overlord and roach warren before queen is half way done and then get out 6 roaches when inject larva pops
You said you used 1100 dpi on the x axis and 1300 dpi on the y axis with the G500. Do you have the drivers installed? I assume you play in 1900x1200, if not what resolution do you play in? Do you consider your sensitivity high, low or medium?
What Catalyst drivers do you use and how many mhz are your processor? (i7)

i find it annoying when the whole screen is filled with healthbars, but maybe ill turn them on for selected units. but overall im so used to pressing alt from wc3/dota that its no big deal for me

i usually do 18-20 and yes, i check fairly often how many more drones i will need so i dont oversaturate or build too few drones.

i usually go armor/attack/armor against terran as i use the mutas to fight and harras quite alot, marines attack pretty fast with rather low damage and turrets have 2 attacks, so i think armor is quite good there. against protoss i get attack first because im not intending to fight his units anyway, plus, protoss units deal more damage per shot so armor doesnt seem as useful.

well its kind of allin and will rarely work, dunno why you would want to play like that

i used setpoint (logitech driver program). i think its 1920x1200 or so, but yes. i think i use medium to high sensitivity

You are an amazing Zerg player, i love how you handle the pressure (like that match vs Demuslim in LT). It would be nice if you could do more commentating, very nice stream, keep it up.
JFYI, because i noticed it when you were pulling away drones against banelings: strg+f1 selects all your idle workers - also it might be useful (but maybe not as practical) to spread drones using f1 (since they are selected individually then).
is anyone familiar with the xsplit broadcaster? im having some performance problems while streaming (not heavy ones.. but still a little annoying) and im not sure if i should just reduce the quality further or what i can best do to reduce CPU usage.

I really like to watch you play. Seeing you co-casting with TaKeSeN is always funny, so i think it would be interesting if you mind to do some audio commentary for your stream.

I don't understand why people should whine about music. If you don't like the music just turn down the volume and listen to what you like. Also Darkforce's music is one of the best I've heared from streamers, lol, I prefer listening to it than my usual radio of choice

I love how you play against protoss lategame. Few Hydra with lot of BL and lot of infestor look pretty scary. Evene if it looks this style need perfect control to not screw up. Xx
Haha priceless. Was just passing by on Darkforce's stream and had the opportunity to watch Nightend playing against dark and chatting a bit in the beginning, while dark was going for a 7 pool. Then Nightend saw the 6 ling coming to his pylon and rage quitted the game.
Hmm, i will think about it. The thing is, i dont really want future opponents to be able to go back to my channel and watch my play. But maybe i will record some so there is something there.
best zerg stream out there. Does some of the best, most informative commentary out there in a language which isn't his native no less! deserves more viewers.

the problem is that i dont ahve optimal performance in the game. like everything feels like its a bit lagging behind if you know what i mean, its really annoying :/
Posting here because I really enjoyed the stream, only managed to catch the last few games. Apart from being very informative Darkforce interacts with the stream often, and most chat questions are answered. Quality doesn't bother me much but maybe fps could use a little bump, and I'm sure there are people that would like to see higher bitrates and resolutions. He mentioned getting a new computer so that would contribute greatly.
sorry for not commentating today, but i havent been playing very well which is very frustrating for me, so i want to play better first and then i will commentate again.
