I'm averaging 500 viewers now and am close to 1000 followers. Not only that, but I knocked out LiquidJinro 2:0 in his 1st reappearance at MLG Anaheim 2011, qualified for IEM NY representing one of the 8 American players that went there, where I defeated TSL_Killer 2:1, and am in the NASL Semi-Open. I've also been invited to DreamHack Winter out of a total of 64 players. I don't know what kind of standards they REALLY set when they look at me. I already made the case. Hot_Bid says you average about 150 viewers in the past few months. Check your stats, is this true?

I would've done the same, had you not done so already, Torte. It's simply mind boggling. <3 you Attero though, keep fighting! ![]()

That said, I understand you're angry and hurt that you were de-featured, but I think you're approaching this point in time from the wrong direction. If you start threatening that you're going to quit, then if they re-feature you they've essentially caved to pressure. In other words, they really can't re-feature you even if they want to, if you say things like that. I think if you just keep playing and attracting people via stream quality and good results, you'll end up refeatured at some point.

So TL ultimately didn't think your stream was quite good enough to clear the deliberately high bar that's been set. It's not a vendetta against you more than it is anyone else. Some other strong players were defeatured, including a few who are arguably stronger than you. Personally, I've argued for your stream to be featured, but it's not my decision to make. So what have these other un-featured streamers done? Pro-tech has gone on a streaming rampage. iNkA appealed to his fans to make a show of support and they responded. Several extremely good streamers have vowed to improve their game, results, fanbase and product to make sure that they are not vulnerable to de-featuring. Meanwhile, you've quit like Sarah Palin. That's ridiculous. You're a very good player but you're not the best player. Your really good Road to #1 GM series shows that you want to be the best. Why not let this setback motivate you further. You have people like TDL advocating strongly for you in the appropriate threads, and instead you waste their effort by acting like a child. Instead of quitting, redouble your efforts, better your product, and reach out further to your fans, and you will have no trouble convincing the naysayers that you belong.
