What I am also baffled about is that players like Attero and Snute(for example there are more) that uses time to commentate, going through replays, responding to viewers about strats etc. are defeatured, when some of the featured players at this time have very little interaction with fans about strats and things they do in game(even in the simplest text - form). I think this is something that should be greatly appreciated(as long as the player is in GM/high masters) PLUS: That many of these players have even fewer accomplishments than Attero.

In terms of results, we all have seen how volatile the Sc2 scene is, and players without recent results or big impressive results in the past have an uphill battle to climb. But obviously, by winning events, even small ones like daily cups, players can bolster their case considerably. By getting fans to publicly express their support in the website feedback thread, players can also bolster their case for viewership. I argued the same case that you did Attero about not being invited to tournaments and not having enough time to build a viewership. But ultimately, it's not TL's responsibility to facilitate either of those things, and in fact, with the TSL being traditionally all qualifiers, and with the featured streaming system still clearing a lot of lesser known players, I think TL is doing quite a bit. Tournaments and showmatches not paying out is super unfortunate, and I hope you can get that addressed, but that's not a circumstance TL should be forced to consider either. TriMaster and DdoRo recently made an MLG group stage. If they don't build a bigger audience, or continue their success, they'll eventually be defeatured. DesRow simply has an exceptionally popular stream. If his numbers decline, he'll probably be defeatured too. I don't really know why I'm writing so much to defend something I don't agree with to the letter, but I think it's because I was impressed by ultimately how thought out the decisions that were made were. Nazgul has posted that your stream will be featured again in the next month, I hope you can pick up streaming again during that month and continue to pursue this dream if it still appeals to you.

He's not bashing you, he's stating an opinion that he doesn't think you're an elite player, that's an opinion, there are a lot of them on the internet. No one cares about your average number of viewers or how much you put hours in because 1. this topic isn't about you, 2. the subject isn't about you. Hence no one cares.

If you need an ego boot, you have your thread and your avg. viewers. Consult them.

I won't argue with TL decision, but i think it's a bit unfair, for a skilled player with a lot of potential like him to be left aside. After all, he qualified for IEM NY, took down the only Protoss that made it to RO16 in Code S October : TSL.Killer. He made it through open bracket @ MLG Anaheim 2011 was in the top32, He placed @ MLG Dallas 2010 top32, He won Go4SC2 tournaments against people like Drewbie & KiLLeR, He beat Kas, moonan, minigun, brat_ok only to lose to Socke in justin.tv invitational 2, He won "The V" 3 times in a row. He is constantly in top 50 GM on many different server, Those results speak for themselves, But mostly, he's a very professionnal, honest, dedicated & passionate individual that deserves a spot in the featured ones. His fanbase might not be the biggest, but it is a very passionate one, it's only a matter of time before it grows bigger, for now, he need all the help he can get. TL needs to have more patience if viewers aren't really up to the standard they want. Professional SC2 player like him needs the help of the community. Anyway, Good Luck with MLG Providence & NASL Semi-Open Attero ! Keep on Fighting !!

![]() I had a feeling you were on the verge of breaking through, making that big name for yourself :/ Always watched your stream, ever since I discovered how great it was. I even had the honour of making that overlay for you. You have a lot of guys defending you in here, I hope it counts for something. Let us know what else we can do to help you out. Damn, I wanna say a lot more stuff but let me just finish with this: On November 03 2011 09:45 tree.hugger wrote: [...]Nazgul has posted that your stream will be featured again in the next month, I hope you can pick up streaming again during that month and continue to pursue this dream if it still appeals to you. As much as I normally respect the decisions made by the TL staff, deciding to feature Attero's stream next month, instead of immediately, is one I don't agree with. I understand that TL has made rules which they'd like to keep enforced. But If Attero's stream should have been featured in the first place, why should he have to wait a month? Or if a special decision was made to aid his situation, isn't it counter intuitive to make him wait?
