GG Germany. Bad showing > no showing :p Hehe bring in the salt. Nah, i'm fine thanks. Tbh, even though i would not bet on it, it would always be a hard game today. We saw there was no alternative to Gomez. 3 key players missing was harsh but the remaining players didnt even try to make up for it. France played solid and had a little luck on their side. But seriously France go make up some other chant and stop trying to ride in the iceland wave Iceland clap will be in every stadium from now on. It's cool and intimidating in a haka kind of way. I expect to hear it in every important game.

See Spain, Italy, England, Portugal, Belgium - all failed sometime since 2006, most of them more than once. So, you arguments are void. I'd you can actually look at the quality of players in Germany and tell me that their performances here and in 2014 are the best performances they can put up, I can't take you seriously. I saw Germany playing kamikaze in 2010 and lose to Spain. Germany play defense in 2014 and win the title. Löw did everything correctly.
Your reasoning is incredibly lazy.

It's not even an Iceland thing I have seen that years before at my local club lol.

Well congrats France!
Can't fault our team, they played an awesome tournament :-)

Wonder if Reus would've made a difference on this Germany team, shame he gets injured at the worst timings

The two teams that got the easiest groups too, and, for France, the easiest Ro16 & 8 opponents. Fuck this. Pretty much the same for me. Now I can only hope for Portugal to do it like Greece 2004. That would at least be a fun way to end this tournament. You mean by pulling on a defender's shirt and fouling in the box on a corner without getting called for it? you remind me of that time Fernando Hierro pulled the shirt, got the other team a direct kick that eliminate Spain. Euro 2000 or 2004 don't remember. The foul was as lame as Boateng/Schwein volleyball fouls

You thinking talent can win you matches in football is just so stupid... Talent does shit without tactics.

Sigh. I'm salty right now... Still gonna cheer for France in the finale. But they will have to play better than today. Ronaldo on a good day would shoot 2 or 3 goals against a France like this. Their midfield today was atrocious. If they can't up their game I'm not sure who would win the finale. Side note: Would be funny to see Brych ref the finale

But who would you replace Löw with? Not that many good options out there imo

Aren't Reus and Draxler pretty much the same kind of player? Don't think it would've mattered much.

Would have surely helped cause Müller playing out of his normal position we needed another Müller to do the "Müller".

But you really need new strikers. As soon as Gomez is out, there's just... nothing.

if hummels was there instead of howedes it would have been a disaster for france considering his quality pass

Well France didn't play very well but Germany didn't even score so ... I guess they deserved to win
