Yeah I agree tbh.
They looked superior to all 3 teams in the grp stages. They were just balls at scoring and when they did score they were balls at defending.
They played pretty shit in the Croatia and Poland games when the competition was actually serious, is why I am not impressed with them.
As for those stats. Please. Any game Ronaldo is playing in will have a bunch of helicopter busters in it. Very few of those were even close to quality looks.
I was responding to "All they did was defend". Unless we were trying to shoot down them helicopters from behind the half line, then that number of attempts tells you that we actually were doing some attacking in those games.
Fun fact : if France wins this Euro, it'll become the most successful European country as a host, with 3 titles for 5 events hosted. France is currently at 50% "host success" rate, like England, Italy, and Spain.

Yeah i'm fed up with the portugal fans as well. Up to the semis they scraped through, then suddenly all the fans start acting like theyve been one of the best teams. I think portugese football deserves an international title by now, but I can't bring myself to cheer for a 3rd placed team in their group.
