MVP, regarded as probably the second best player in the world after MC.. 2-0d by adelscot, who in all honesty probably isn't top 100 (this is just my personal opinion, but it's probably fairly accurate, all things considered). I wonder if these players have improved crazy fast and would have any luck in the GSL, or if the game is just too volatile. Maybe it's just because appearantly probably none of the Koreans practised the slightly laggy conditions on the NA server.

I would guess that the EU/NA players have put down so much more time studying and training their builds to counter their respective opponent that the koreans didnt expect the level of play from the foreigners. And I dont think that the skill levels are THAT far apart that people think.

Yeah the man who got third at Assembly isn't even top 100, probably fairly accurate ... btw Tyler gave Adelscott a 30-40% chance to win against MVP before the match

And I dont think that the skill levels are THAT far apart that people think. Yeah you're right. The Koreans never gave foreigners much respect in that light. MVP, being an ex-BW player, probably thought he could just roll past every non-Korean out there just like he could have in the BW days... I'm positive if he would have tried to do some research on Adelscott he could have won. Same with the other guys.

I am glad that ToD is practicing with top players and doing well, I hope he will become as great as he was in wc3 one day. He also knows how to get the right mindset for important tournaments/matches or the preparation. Demuslim said in an interview that he helped him and now qxc said the same. This TSL day made me really happy. Thank you goody, qxc, adelscott and naniwa!

Naniwa is so much more mature now, I'm glad for him because he's talented. I'd even say he's fucking strong.

Everybody that won simply outplayed their opponents. Good job to winners, and prepare more to the losers because it seemed a lot of them were overconfident
