Worst case scenario right now for Adelscott and Fenix is they have to play a playoff for the final ladder points spot. They cannot be eliminated from contention at the moment.

ZeeRaX and Strelok still have a chance but their spots are really in jeopardy at this point.

No, he's American.

Hasn't SeleCT surpassed Strelok at this point? 105 pnts to 103?

na the standings are always updated. He has to win vs goody.

well no thats not true. if he loses v goody he gets 14 points. if he wins v goody he gets 26 pnts if he loses in the Ro8.

I guess it hasn't updated since if SeleCT wins the whole thing and auto qualifies Strelok would still be in 8th

Select came into the day with 77 points. He's attained 26 more points by getting to the Ro8 today, so he has 103. A win against Kawaii here puts SeleCt into the TSL.

If Hasu beats him in the semis it all changes however. Doesn't it?

No both him and Hasu will be sure to make TSL then since they will both pass ZeeRaX and VIBE cant pass them in points since he started with 14 I think.

what now?
answer the spoiler if you know all results... im a bit confused
+ Show Spoiler +

since select lost to kawaii and hasu is in ro4 - doesnt that mean, hasu is qulified?
strelok select 103, hasu ??? dont know if he has 103 with his ro8 or his ro4 achievement...

if not so - what if it is a 3 way tie? i mean - kawaii only passes them if he wins - and then hes qualified directly - so 3 way tie anway... am i right?^^]

You are forgetting the other side of the bracket and zeerax. Pretty sure select is out.

Scenarios:

1. Hasu / 2. McLeod
- Zeerax qualifies, Strelok and Select tied for 8. place.

1. Hasu / 2. Vibe
-Zeerax and Vibe qualify.

1.Kawaii / 2. McLeod
-Zeerax qualifies, 3-way-tie between Strelok/Hasu/Select

1.Kawaii / 2. Vibe
-Zeerax and Vibe qualify.

1.McLeod/Vibe / 2. Hasu/Kawaii
- Zeerax and Hasu/Kawaii qualify

So yeah, Zeerax is in for sure. And Select/Strelok have to hope for McLeod taking 2nd place.

Hasu already made it and passed zeerax in points so it cant be a 3-way-tie, his points just aint updated. (I think)

So if he makes the final he's guaranteed a spot in TSL? I'm rooting for him though.

Sorry guys was busy crunching out the scenarios. The OP is fully updated now. Here are the scenarios for the Semi-Finals and Finals:

+ Show Spoiler [Scenarios] +
If Kawaii wins Ro4, mcleod wins Ro4, and Kawaii wins the finals:
Kawaii advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, ZeeRaX advances to TSL3 by way of points, and there is a three way tie for the final ladder qualifying position. (between Strelok, SeleCt, and HasuObs).

If Kawaii wins Ro4, mcleod wins Ro4 and mcleod wins the finals:
mcleod advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, KawaiiRice and ZeeRax advance to TSL3 by way of points, taking the final two spots. Strelok, Select, and HasuObs are eliminated.

If Kawaii wins Ro4, ViBE wins Ro4, and Kawaii wins the finals:
Kawaii advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, ZeeRaX and ViBE tie with 114 points taking the final two point qualifier spots. Strelok, Select, and HasuObs are eliminated.

If Kawaii wins Ro4, ViBE wins Ro4, and ViBE wins the finals:
ViBE advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, Kawaii and ZeeRaX advance to TSL3 by way of points, taking the final two spots. Strelok, Select, and HasuObs are eliminated.

If Hasu wins Ro4, mcleod wins Ro4, and Hasu wins the finals:
Hasu advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, ZeeRaX advances to TSL3 by way of points, and there is a two way tie for the final ladder qualifying position. (between Strelok and SeleCt).

If Hasu wins Ro4, mcleod wins Ro4, and mcleod wins the finals:
mcleod advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, ZeeRaX and HasuObs advance to TSL3 by way of points, taking the final two spots. Strelok and Select are eliminated.

If Hasu wins Ro4, ViBE wins Ro4, and Hasu wins the finals:
Hasu advances to the TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, ViBE and ZeeRaX advance to TSL3 by way of points, taking the final two spots. Strelok and Select are eliminated.

If Hasu wins Ro4, ViBE wins Ro4, and ViBE wins the finals:
ViBE advances to TSL3 by way of winning TL Open #15, HasuObs and ZeeRaX advance to TSL3 by way of points, taking the last two spots. Strelok and Select are eliminated.

This is a better summary of the players chances:
  • ZeeRaX is a lock for TSL3 in any event.
  • mcleod must win the tournament to get into TSL3.
  • Kawaii must at least advance to the finals to get into TSL3.
  • ViBE must at least advance to the finals to get into TSL3.
  • HasuObs can advance to the finals to assure his placement into the TSL3. He can still find himself in a tiebreaker if Kawaii wins and mcleod comes in 2nd.
  • Strelok and SeleCt can only hope that mcleod makes it to the finals but does not win. If he does, they find themselves in a tiebreaker for the final spot (may be a 2 or 3 way tiebreaker). If He does not, they are eliminated.
mcloed, Kawaii, ViBE, and HasuObs all control their own fates.
HasuObs still has a chance even if he loses.
Strelok and Select's chances rest entirely on mcleod's results.
