I think F91 is probably the only person who may be affected by all the dodging. Because he has to make top 12, and there may be enough fluky players who overtake him through sheer mass gaming and heavy dodging at the end. Otherwise, I agree that it doesn't really matter too much. Other than making it seem like the foreigner scene is stronger than it actually is.

But his matchlist vs A- kors and foreigners is quite impressive.

Well Octzerg's always been a heavy ZvZ player for his high ranks. Same for that NrT.Flaf guy. Same for Ptak. I remember Octzerg and Ptak getting a lot of shit back in PGT days for getting A+ with like 80% ZvZ games. Same thing is happening now. There's nothing wrong with it, they just happen to have a very strong ZvZ instead of ZvP, or ZvT. It's not like it's super cheesy, Octzerg is still winning ZvZ's vs very good players. It just means that in ZvT or ZvP he's weaker. That's how the rankings work, maybe you have an A+ ZvZ and a B+ ZvT but it still is going to average out to at least an A-. Very few people are "A-" in the sense that they are equally good at all matchups. You are better at one, worse at another, and it evens out.

A lot of foreigners reached A+ in the earlier seasons of ICC before the kor progamers started playing, however, since a lot of progamers and kor amateurs started playing(around season 7-8 and above) no foreigner has managed to reach A+. I dont think Idra hit it this season and the one before it either, its too hard and too competitive.
