I'm not blaming Koll or Morrow because why wouldn't you want to play somebody the 3 times if you can get the points? Say they're looking for a game and the guy says he'll play. He knows he probably has no shot at winning, but wants to see both players do better in the ladder. While it's not cheating on their part it is certainly not in the spirit either. I expect there to be some of this, but I just hope it doesn't run rampant.

Hmm, now that I look at it the way I see it is that Morrow needs first place pretty badly. Imo he has improved alot but I think saying that hes in the top 12 of all foreignors right now isnt true. I think his rank is a little inflated and I think he could beat Nony in a Bo5 but I dont think he could make it past the qualifier because even if his TvZ and TvP is on par with the competition his TvT simply isn't.

No smurfing rule definitely hurt the more famous players
I know if you're good enough you can make it no matter what but it still kind of sucks that the degree of difficulty is higher. Ladder "strategy" shouldn't matter as much as it has turned out to matter in my opinion.
If there was somehow a TSL3 I kind of hope they let top players smurf (and transfer around to avoid getting detected). It would be a huge pain to check for abuse but if they forced a process (like you have to privately announce to the admins what account you're transferring from and to, and have every replay available for every game) on it I think it's doable.

Crazy how a full A ranking does not even guarantee a top 12 finish.
