I completely agree with you, but I accidentally quoted only the rule's example, and not the rule itself. The actual rule is this:


2. A player may only have a 3 game win/loss differential versus his opponent per 24-hour period


The way this is worded sounds dangerously similar to #2. It would be completely nonsensical to have it that way, but I hope the admins clarify the situation.

For example, 3-0, 4-1, 5-2, 6-3 are all acceptable last day series scores against a single player, while 4-0 is not. Ah, thanks. I was reading the "announcements and links" page and they had an abridged version of the rule, without that last part. Now all that remains to be seen is what sort of punishment the TSL guys give to kolll.

Thanks for the kinds words everyone! Encourages me to stream more when the new season begins.

On the bright side I never was above the cutoff unlike others who was as high as A and failing now, they must be really kicking themselves. In general a real rat race going on now in the end.

and yosh (edit: reading the post above, apparently not yosh :D) and probably some other players too.
+ there are maybe some more abusers who have to be DQ.
hell, the tsl staff will have tons of work to do before the actual #48 will be figured out.

You're right but you say it as if the ladder phase is the end.

The spectator phase is yet to come - this is akin to reading LR's about offline qualifiers in OSL/MSL. It's very exciting (I always follow it closely) but it's nothing compared to the actual tournaments.

It happend to quite some players - I assume they ll remove the games. In this case kolll would actually gain +150 points. Sziky might lose his top12 spot by it... Cant imagine they make penalty especially in this case as its imo obviously not done on purpose.
These cases are actually quite sad - they might change the ladder quite a lot and surprise some people who then have no chance to alter things. It happend to some players...
