I think it's been mentioned before that moderators have a clipboard associated with every profile. They can write hidden messages that only other moderators/admins can see. Like motbob said though, it's mostly just a record of moderation action. In TheNessman's case, he had a lot of moderation action, AND a lot of manual mod notes. It was not boding well for him. | ||
