I swear half the problem people have with moderation would disappear if they just lurked more. Plexa in particular is really good at explaining the reasons for bans. Along with all the other mods he makes a real effort to display transparency. Gotta love how Mani says stop trolling this thread and the guy keeps going  | ||

But it's purely because I do not have to work with them. I really enjoy to work with male colleagues more then female ones. A 80% male 20% female ratio in any direct colleagues I have to work with would be something I would prefer as I enjoy working with other males more but females are always a good addition as they bring different perspectives to the table/a project which is healthy and refreshing at times. Still, can't wait to start a proper job at the beginning of next year. Time to lawyer it ups. | ||

I saw low content (But considering the majority of LR posts that shouldn't be anything to make him stand out) but I does that really deserve a 1 week ban. Does he had a bad history or something? | ||
