You agree he spoke of a conspiracy, you agree he had a theory (did not have proof) why you think that is not a conspiracy theory is beyond me but by all means feel free to continue, you just will do so without me. This makes me wish I had gotten my philosophy degree with a focus on deconstruction like i originally wanted too. then I could write an entire essay on how to define a conspiracy theory.
Honestly though unless TL is specifically banning it as a conspiracy theory it doesn't really matter if it technically qualifies or not (and with words people always use them differently and there's a lot of grey area.) Given SC's history it makes sense to not allow specific accusations of match fixing which can have serious consequences until theirs actual evidence that's more solid then just something looking weird.

Nowhere have you said he presented a conspiracy theory. He has done no such thing. He asked why he was warned, which is btw a reasonable question from a new poster, and he got an answer from Kwark. That's all that happened. The conspiracy theory stuff is all yours.
But this is a good example of a successful deflection for all readers. By turning a simple question (where did you get conspiracy theory from?) into focusing on something else (posting a definition of a conspiracy), you turn external observers into thinking that the argument is about the definition of a conspiracy theory and that there was a conspiracy theory posted, where there was none at all, distracting from the issue that you was talking about conspiracy theorists for no reason at all...

are we sure seeker even exists? like the username exists but is there an actual person behind it and like is the being behind it fundamentally equivalent enough to seeker to say there is someone that exists and its not just some manifold of specific expression carefully cultivated for some unknowable purpose?

You would think if someone were to make a billion alts, they'd have a little fun with the usernames instead of just rolling their face on their keyboard. Or you could spell out a message with a series of usernames to get around being nuked. Surely that's happened here before?
