This kid is unaware that he is part of the problem.. why not tell him so? and LOUDLY ..? (whatever the post would be would show the position of the poster at the time where she/he would be banned.. if the post is helpful the sentence might get shortened etc.. i feel that transition would destroy many of the bad effects of banning (which is a methodology i refute from its axioms onward) How has that never been implemented/tried as a "better" way to treat those posts/users on edge ..? is beyond me  Just give the poster a real ultimatum.. and a chance to answer.. then act (ban the unrepentant poster, reduce the penalty if repentant.. sort of (depending on the case) or ignore this when the case is clear cut "permanent ban") i mean let face it .. what people call 1 week to cool off" is not felt as such.. 2 days 1 .. whatever the restriction it builds up useless tension.. nothing else yes of course many "veterans" are used to making jokes that go too far .. yes many newcomers get banned for "just" not knowing the rules.. but how is a "week to cool off" and nothing to actively do to redeem yourself the solution? :pu: i got it.. <3 make them type up the tl commandment(s) they disregarded ;P and write it up nicely so that it becomes fun again Do tell me i'm wrong  Bah never mind, i suppose 1 week is suppose to spell that out .. mmmm | ||

The bar to be a terrorist is highly correlated with your skin colour and religion. Not sure he wanted to take that side of the argument though. | ||

Here in the US, some Turkish film major was arrested for being high and acting erratically on the airplane. He is being questioned and treated as a potential terrorist.
