I don't either. I think those studies are skewed (either way).
What i do think is quite simple:
when i had to wear a mask it helped me "be in that mode".. a "spread no infection mode". This "practice" (to wear a mask to not cough / spit in people's faces when applicable) is a way to make people aware (not scared mind you!) of how things work. People get into situations and they see the world better.. wearing a mask when you are sick is like taking a placebo, it allows for you to remember all day that you have to wash your hands take your pills.. .. it signals to others that you are weakened and in need of extra leeway or other.. .. it means you care about not COUGHING on other people!! etc etc.. life is mindsets isn't it?
Anyway,
fact is humans are a giant interchanging cesspool and that we all share it is the only reason that our specie survives (only strongest survive yes).
No! no! Really what the subject is here (for me) .. is no one (me included) wants to be pointed at while doing something "good" for others, it is an uber castrate type of picture we draw for ourselves when we contemplate using a mask or not. Which is why our culture has great difficulty in doing it.. we place all on ourselves.. no? i for one am happy that people don't want to spit in my face.. and i feel compelled to return the favor when i'm real sick and snot.

Naturally, I do expect that people will be bowing down before me. But that goes without saying.
Do you have more alts or previous accounts to feed my creativity, or is that it?
What better food for creativity is there than the mystery of knowing that they may or may not have existed?
If you go out wearing a surgical mask to not infect people you're an ass. Stay at home, get well.
If you have to like stay at home with your kids, remember to wash your hands often, and I guess wear a mask if it helps you remember to clean your hands and not touch your face but then a string around your finger might do the job just as well.
I did not think that one ban would lead to this much discussion.
I think this guy out meta'd himself

Some people can't afford to stay at home, simply not an option.

In the rich western countries you are getting paid sick leave from work.

Usually in Asian country when you go out and wear a mask, doesn't matter if it's a surgical mask or not and doesn't matter if you're sick or not. It's normal stuff there. I once wear mask to school during the H1N1 break out for months because my mom made me wear it, even though it doesn't really reduce the chance you not catching the virus.
So I guess it's like a cultural stuff then. Some people in certain countries do it, if it doesn't personally affect us then no reason to get mad over such things

makes sense though cause you don't have sick people going into work and they can actually rest until they get better
Is Jewing an actual term or is this guy just inventing the term. regardless yeah if you've been warned multiple times probably best to think of another term

wtf is alliance doing?
Getting rubber-banded after outplaying liquid for 25 minutes?
Or just getting ouplayed by liquid when it mattered?
When you have been outplayed for 25 mins and can turn everything 180 in one team fight, you know there is a problem with the game.
?. they had safe lane slardar, furion and jugg. the only hero on alliance that could ever deal with a fat tb was jugg. jugg itemized like a 3k pubbie knowing that tb's been jewing all game and he's liquid's only hope to get back in the game. alliance had a pub draft (gank, gank, gank, gank, drop a rock in teamfight). pub drafts work sometimes because pros are capable of snowballing games without making that big mistake that lets the rubber band fuck them over. alliance fucked up and they got punished for their draft and especially for jugg's poor itemization. there's nothing wrong with the game, there's a lot wrong with drafting tons of gank and then teamfighting without warlock ult.

That depends on your definition of what "is" is...
