While I would say this "alt with a secured main" account system has made certain awesome posts (individuals posting on a barcode to post useful shit that they could not have made otherwise) and formed some awesome "forumers".. it is mostly something I naively powerlessly object to. Power corrupts, ask "multiple man" templar if you want to elaborate on that. One could only ever use and "houndly" respect every id he would ever have had and still be "pbu scum" and all that jazz. Alts are like barcodes, they are a standard of the 21 century, I myself have always thought I like people knowing it is me, but to each his or her own century I guess?. I can see what you would think multiple accounts means in general about a user/member of tl, however you do realize that a stubborn multi-perma-banned individual might want to be redeemed and reclaim its first beloved and missed id from the undead crypt of rekrul, no? (stranger things have happened). Furthermore, said individual might have some things to bring to the table. Plus cela change plus c'est la même chose! (the more things change the more they remain the same). TLDR: If being banned worked for 7 year old spartans, it is good enough for me, for my kid.
