I looked it up, I'm not actually sure you can be IP banned from Quakenet. Are you sure you're trying to connect to the right IRC? It's not the #Teamliquid channel, it's #TL-ABL, you have to change it manually if you're using the webchat. Otherwise PM Motbob, he's running the thing.
