Calling all TL'ers who are fans of great starcraft to join me in going to what could well be the last BW-only proleague final! SKT1 fans are also welcome as long as they behave and keep KTY chants to a minimum
Time:Meet at 11:45am, to collect tickets at midday. Meeting later's ok too, as we don't need everyone to pick up the tickets. If you plan on turning up later just make sure you have either Kona's or my mobile number. Final starts at 6pm. Once we have tickets we'll be free to do whatever till late afternoon. Restaurant -> PC bang BGH'ing or something along those lines
Meeting point: Sports Complex Station (종합운동장역), Line 2 (the green line), exit 7.
Kona managed to score us up to 30 tickets but needs confirmation asap if you want to join.
I'm going to try to make it. and maybe drag along one or two of the prime players with me, thats is they lose their GSTL match, cause if they win they will be in Vegas, which would likely mean I would not go to the pl finals. I'll have to see.
I'll be there, bringing my wife too :D I also have a lot of A3 size paper for cheerful signs !
edit : I'm hesitating to suggest that fans of the winning team get their beers paid by fans of the losing team, but what if you guys are all KT fans and KT wins ? I'll be sad AND broke lol.

not many good places to eat at the actual area, i recommend you guys either go to sincheon (one stop) or jamsil (two stops) for food. jamsil has the lotte department store food court as well as mos burger, taco bell and a bunch of other stuff in the station arcade. sincheon has their huge eat/drinking area outside of exit 5.

Konadora, my apartment in Incheon has an extra bedroom + bed, but no blanket yet. Could pick one up this weekend though, since we're planning on having more guests later this year. It's kind of out of the way though. But it's probably better than a pcbang 10 minute walk from Woninjae station (line 1 west, transfer at Bupyeong).

I got info from a very reliable source that 12pm will be too late for us to get tickets. apparently we need to get tickets to get seats. KeSPA will start releasing the tickets at 12pm, but they feel that by then, there will already be a huge queue. I'm trying to get us TLers special priority seats, but I need to know exactly how many people are coming, and I need to know this ASAP so PLEASE (OP or someone) make a list of who's coming
also, we'll probably have to be there even earlier (10-11am)
edit: also, special force proleague finals is 2pm, brood war proleague finals is 6pm (all not confirmed though, but most likely)
Does this say BW starts at 2pm rather than 6? Would make sense why tickets start at 12.

Would be nice for foreigners to sit together. That way we can get more screen time lol. If we get seats, can't really complain about which side we're sitting at as long as I can see Hoejja and best.

its pretty easy Bucheon need to change trains at station shindorim( 신도림역) then you need to head to Gangam, Seoul University.
Not to Shinchon, Hongdae etc.

if you are at 11:45 at the station in jamsil and go to the exit 7 you will find us. Just look out for the foreigners ^^ Exits as a meeting point work out quite well in Korea ^^ Just wait outside of exit 7 and you are fine
I'd love to join you guys, although I have trouble keeping up with the BW scene I would hate to see such a historic opportunity go to waste. I would love some of the more in-the-loop members to school me in BW knowledge.
Also, for the people looking for a place to sleep, you can always crash on my floor in seongnam (maybe 40 mins by subway away from the venue) if you don't want to pay for a love motel, but there's a billion quality love motels in korea for like 30,000 won (maybe 28 dollars American?).

From Bucheon get a train heading to Guro/Sindorim. Line 1's the most confusing, you'll be ok once you make it to the green line. Transfer at Sindorim on to to the Green line and go in the direction so that your next station will be Daerim. Stay on it until the stop after Samseung which will be Sports Complex and come to the exit marked by the circled number 7. I went to sindorim before when I had to go to Code A qualifers, so the path there isn't that bad. I'll try to convince Salmosa to go with me, so that I don't get lost in transit.

Anyways, it was a great finals and had a blast. Cheers to scarecrow for organising this and to Kona for being a legend and getting like 30 tickets.
Hopefully there will be more TL meetups in the summer when I come back to Korea.

Sorry I had to run out so Fast. We were trying not to miss the last train to Sindorim haha. We ended up getting stuck in Sindorim and having to take a taki to Bucheon. Which was ok.
I'll be uploading some pics later today once I have some time. Was amazing to mett some of you, and hope to hang out with you all again soon.
Also a couple of us TL'ers got caught on camera too haha.

Aye, great time overall. I ducked out early because of the train and lack of cash to get home by cab. But it was still amazing. REALLY regret not bringing my big camera

Here you guys go. Not much of the TL'ers but as many as I could get of the event when my camera was on the verge of running out of battery. I was lucky to get so many.
Plus I have to remember to get the clip of me being on OGN TV for a few seconds. For some reason every time I go to a Esports event. I get on camera. 3 times on GOM and now once on OGN. if anyone remembers what set I was shown let me know, that entire night is a blur for me haha.
