Please, if you are not staff, don't answer questions in this thread, even if you think you know the answer. Also, please take complains about bans, question about TL as a site, etc to the Website Feedback Forum. |

I'm not implying a moderation complaint, I just want to ask about a thread I want to make. :p If it is about a thread you want to make, you should probably ask Heyoka. He is the one that closes and/or leaves open most threads in that section. He also moderates it. I guess you could pm him, or just ask here and I could relay it to him.

Do you like the 2012 GSL format, or should GOM change anything for 2013 according to you?

when you look at the changelog on liquipedia there is red and green numbers withing () ets, what do these actually mean ? also how long does it usually take before a pending edit is checked and become "permanent"?

Not sure about the first thing, but some LP guy will probably answer that. For pending edits it really depends how many editors are on at the time. It can be checked immediately, and sometimes it can take a day or two. Sometimes on less popular pages you might need to hop onto the liquipedia irc channel(#liquipedia on quakenet) and ask a editor to check it, but generally it depends on the activity level of the editors at the time.

The number of characters removed or added to the page. Reviews should be fairly quick. If your edit needs a review, you can contact us on irc #liquipedia or post here in the future: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=94785

There's no statistics for this as far as I know. the http://wiki.teamliquid.net/dota2/Special:ValidationStatistics page for example shows the average of pages that aren't yet reviewed, rather than the avarage time it took for the pages that were changed to be reviewed in the last 30 days or whatever. Might be some extension tool out there somewhere that does this though. (there are a few statistics ones but we don't use any of them)

Hey guys I have a Q which is probably pretty standard but if so please could I have direction to where I can find the answer: if a TL user writes something 'bannable' but then edits it out, can they 'escape' the ban?

Also they aren't funny on their own nor together....

I had always secretly hoped that if I editted my post enough times that y'all couldnt see the original message.
Oh well. Illusion broken.
