I suppose the truth is that I had an awful lot of fun writing what I wrote in my TL blog, and it always made me truly happy when someone read a blog post and told me they liked it. When the opportunity arose to write for TL, it was because of those lighthearted blog posts (and Heyoka's enjoying my writing).
At some point though, Riptide asked if I wanted to work on some writing that we could both be really proud of, and I thought, "Yes, I'd really like to put some time and effort into writing the kind of thing I can point to and say, 'That was us, we did that, and I couldn't be more happy with it.'"
I know they're not as much fun, but I'd encourage you to read the posts I've linked above and tell me what you think of them.
If you'd actually just like to read more stuff in the vein of those just-for-fun blogs, you should check out (or set an RSS or follow on Tumblr) the blog linked in my sig, which is an advice column for beginning necromancers

Yes I know, allow me to ask more directly. Is there a way that I can revert my sc2 page back to where it was page with news on the left side and streams on the right?
I miss being able to have a list of the top streams in big print in the middle of the page instead of being reduced to a small side bar.

Oh I didn't know you wrote the stuff about jinro and Matthew Fink. I have already read them and they are really good :D
Also I will be sure to check out your blog, I was always wondering if I should because I wasn't too sure what it was, but I definitely will now.

Why the actual SC2 section was removed with the list of streams and so on? Are there plans for something similar to come in the future?

Well most reports are handled within 24 hours, and most times the effect of the report will be apparent in the post that you reported (User was warned/banned for this post) if not then it could have made it to the mod notes still but that's quite unlikely, probably it was not a report that warranted any moderator action.

You can also PM me if you're really concerned about it. Usually if you make enough bad reports you'll get a PM from one of us telling you :-P

You can't undo it, but for whatever reason (perhaps from reading this thread(?) the moderator closed the report and said no action was taken.

he used to be an admin
but one month he drank too much and banned everyone
then he declared he was creating a newer, better community for sc2 and it would be a terrible conflict of interests if he was supreme ruler of both communities so they should think about limiting his power
alas he could not be totally destaffed, for he has incriminating pictures of [redacted]
so he was destaffed partially
but he was more powerful than travis, so he retained bold
