not sure if problem is on my side but I only see 2 click-able links on that page, one is "latest version of TeamSpeak 3" and the other is "Connect to TL TeamSpeak". didnt see any other link

I went to the link you have provided Rich and this is what I get.
Previously I had Auth to use the TL.net teamspeak server in the past but that was a long time ago.
Since then I did a full reformat of my hardrive and built a new computer. Furthermore I am using my TL.Net login alias to login to the teamspeak server.

Not sure what I did last time but TS client says my privilege key is already used. and since there is no reset link (may be because I am not authenticated yet), I am not sure what is the next step to take

There is a new server, i was still using the old one. Look at the first page

can u please update the link for authentication to the new server, everything is still linked to the old one.

Looks like they moved the server and used SRV records to make the old name work. Unfortunately this doesn't work when using a CNAME. Links have been updated to point to the old name instead of the alias.
