I'm curious about TL's servers. I assume you're running something like Google Apps for your internal collaboration but for the TeamLiquid site mainly, can you share something about your setup?

Also, is the site running on a known PHP framework or is it built from scratch? Thanks in advance.

Afaik the majority of the site is built from scratch. The only things which aren't are liquipedia and I think the calendar.

Why do the Korean players are not included in the top 5 SC2 International which can be seen in the right column of teamliquid.net ?

I mean, it's quite strange considering (if I understand well) that Korean players on this list had won points against players during international events, not in Korea. If I understand how it works, a foreigner like Huk can be in the top 5 Korea by wining points during Korean events, but any Korean who played in European or NA tournaments can't be in the top 5 international. Doesn't seem fair nor logical imho. For instance at the time of writing, the top 5 should be PuMa / MC / MMA / Stephano / Sen (even though I'm proud and glad to see my fellow countryman and most liked player Stephano #1 !)
