akaik pros who contribute get more leniency than pros who don't....IIRC Naniwa was banned more for stuff less offensive than TT1's posts.

It's more of a question of veterancy intertwining with their professional status.

Chill, I liked your close reason for this thread. I most enjoy the reasons that imply the cause for closing, but don't implicitly state it. Pretty good, but...
There's no question that tables are better.

I completely disagree, watermelons are usually better but it depends on the material the table is made of. Lets discuss this for the next four pages of this thread.

It was in regards to an answer Anna Prosser gave in an interview (See her Twitter page for further information). This sparked the beaten horse of a discussion about religion and it ran on for too many pages that wasn't eventually about Anna Prosser or her career/Pageant.

I have a very simple question, yet it turns out to be suprisingly difficult to find out the answer.
Who owns TL?
If I understand it correctly, TL has an office, at least 2 employees etc., so it's no longer just a bunch of enthusiasts runnign a website somewhere.

Are there some stats about the countries the TL users are from? Probably USA first, but from how many countries are the users?

If the TL administration existed in a fantasy world created by George R.R. Martin, which ones of you would survive and how would everyone else die? (No GoT Spoilers, be original )
|
Well, if it's Game of Thrones, then everyone dies by default.
Unless.... unless the mystical blade of legend is found. Unless the legendary weapon of moderation is once again wielded by the chosen one. Unless the Purge begins.

Only one being can wield that blade... only one being is capable of handling the power. Only one being can administer justice with the edge of that blade.
We require a legend
We require Rekrul

I know that... but saying "RELIGION THREADS ARE BANNED ON TEAMLIQUID." is not the same as saying "ANY FURTHER RELIGION DISCUSSION WILL RESULT IN BAN."
If I'm reading too much into the wording then alright. I suppose the guy who brought up ID again was only temp banned instead of perm banned so TL apparently should not be taken literally... Like the Bible...

Is Kennigit a phonetic pronunciation of Knight? Is Hot_Bid a reference to women, auctions, or something else?

I think it's the scene with the French soldiers; one of then pronounces "knight" phonetically. Hot_Bid is a term meaning "good try". I believe it's a common phrase in Ultimate Frisbee, a sport in which our friendly neighborhood admin is quite proficient.
