if enough people want to go earlier we could possibly do instagib, but I like il mee better...only problem is il mee is way too expensive before 10pm.

I'd rather do il mee at 10pm. Instagib is way too cramped with lots of people (and we already have 12+, who i think were all planning for 10 already anyway) and you end up having to wait forever for a table at our "earlier" hours. That and tallmike can't come if its early, I think.

just my opinion anyway but in the end me coming is at the leisure of my ride.

Instagib is what the group calls Oegadgib, another open late all you can eat KBBQ place. There's constant debate as to whether or not its better than Il Mee, the meat is of better quality, but you get much less variety, there's a lot less banchan, and its about $6 more before tip. Its just down the road from Il Mee at 7331 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003

Somewhere I can get to easily from the Navy Yard (I have a car but don't want to drive for an hour). Also, if I leave work at 5-6pm I can go to dinner after that... not wait till like 10pm or leave work early at 4pm.

friday i am going to smash @ clarendon, right next to the clarendon metro stop. it's in a cafe/bar (http://www.hardtimes.com/), starts at 7 and runs til whenever. could be fun even if yall dont want to enter the tournament!

I might show up to the clarendon thing for a few drinks and to watch smash...will be hiking during the day though and I don't know exactly when I'll be done so I'll probably play it by ear.
