Lol, I don't think even if you're friends, they're doing their job, they probably won't let people cut in the line. Would be funny if they did but i seriously doubt it.

And I really hope I can pick up a CE on release day though :x

Man not having internet at home blows. A lot of the photos turned out good though so I can't wait to post them. On my ipod at school right now but I forgot to bring the flash drive with them so i'll have them posted some time tomorrow.

Also orb, wish i had seen your post an I might have gotten a ride from you instead so I could get some pictures of the bowling

Haven't got mine yet. Was planning on just buying it through the Blizzard site and downloading it at midnight or whatever, but if there's an evening to be had and someone gives me a ride, i'll bring my camera and my $60 :o

no preorder = no CE, all gamestops in the area are sold out on CE you would have to get lucky that someone would cancel their preorder and the you can get one.

I also doubt any other store still has them for pick up, have to get it on online imo

This is my plan, I talked to some gamestop customer service today and they changed it so I'm guaranteed to get my CE in the mail on the day of release (costs like 10 bucks extra, so they're fat, as orb and shiver would say), so I'll be getting it like 12-14 hours after you guys, but if you do a midnight release party I will definitely tag along if I can get a ride.

Later, we retreat to peters place to watch some StarCraft. Half of the group, however, turn to the pool table, and argue over which house rules are wrong and demonstrate their ability to not know the rules, except [mostly] orb.

And so ends another night. There were a lot more, but once again, I'm plagued with running at 1600 ISO and 1/30 shutter speed because of the awful lighting. You don't have to know what that means, but essentially, because I don't use flash I have to strangle with my settings to the point where a lot of them don't turn out. Here, along with shameless self promoting, is what my camera is capable of when I have good control over the lighting.

Hopefully I have better luck at the LAN.

the LAN center is the worst lit place on earth, so you'll need an extremely extremely low shutter speed like 1/8 or 1/16 unless you open up the depth like crazy, good luck.
