This is how each cycle looks like in short: + Show Spoiler + The cheat day: The cycle begins with the cheat day. You can eat everything you want without stuffing yourself. Eat throughout the day and eat until you are satisfied, not until you feel discomfort, and don't consume alcohol. You will perform a density training in the afternoon to build muscle during this day. The fast day: You won't eat a single thing. Nothing at all. The only things you can consume during the day is water or some other non-calorie fluids and BCAAs. During this day you will burn the most fat so you will be doing a lactic acid workout, a HIIT session and one lower intensity cardio session. During lactic acid training you will be lifting the weights very slow, 3-4 seconds, and lower them pretty fast, usually 1 second. In short, you will be doing this because when you are lifting the body will create lactic acid and as lactic acid is created the production and release of growth hormone increases. The HIIT and cardio sessions is to speed up the fat loss. The shake day: Consume twio protein+carbs shake in the morning and threeprotein+fat shakes in the afternoon. As for training you will be doing some strength-based resistance training in addition to one lower intensity cardio session. The moderate carb day: Eat two meals in the morning containing protein+carbs, eat three meals containing protein+fat in the afternoon. Ideally you should be doing a dynamic training (metabolic circuits) in the morning followed by a lower intensity cardio session in the evening. The protein-only depletion day: Eat 5 meals of protein during the day and perform a lactic acid training and a lower intensity cardio session in the evening. You can eat some vegetables every day except the fast day. I've done this for two weeks now and i've lost like 4-5 pounds in body weight but there is no way I can do all these workouts every day, it's just too much. Not only do you work out every day, each workout have 7-9 exercisesl with 2-5 sets and pretty high reps as well. Add two HIIT sessions and three cardio sessions and I felt sooo burned out after 1½ cycles. Anyway your thoughts on this?

No bread is ideal. But if must eat bread then either go with white bread or sprouted bread. Sprouted obviously being a bit superior.... but really you don't really need bread if you're eating well. Reason being that wheat especially has a lot of gut irritants that cause a lot of inflammation. I did watch a video recently that highlighted the actors' training for the Spartacus series, and they had nothing but 4 protein shakes a day apparently. Weird stuff.

gym was closed at school so i lifted at my friends basement. which kills the mood. anyways did 10x210 8x285 6x315 4x335 4x365 and then only got 2.5 out of my 4x385 Did 310/330/360 all +5 pounds because i was too lazy to find the weights, probably fucked me in the end. Thats all i did. I guess i'll just have to dominate my deadlifts on monday and really get jacked up to do 2x410 for squat on wednesday. On the bright side i think i'm shifting towards posterior dominant, at least in my lower half lol. My back + chest are decently close and my hamstrings/lower back are getting fucking huge, it looks awesome when i flex my hamstring and theres this huge ball of muscle at the back of my leg :D On July 24 2010 05:22 kainzero wrote: Show nested quote + On July 24 2010 01:54 Necosarius wrote: Ok so I've got my hands on Joel Marions Xtreme fat loss diet, if you guys knows who he is, and I want to hear your thoughts about this diet.
