@eshlow, last couple days have been really thirsty, kinda felt like my throat was dry. laid off the vitamin d yesterday and it feels normal again. been at around 80k a week or so, what do you think i should take? (6'1 ~92kg). Also do you have any links to whole milk awesomeness? Thanks

With the D I wouldn't exceed 10k IU per day unless you're sick. Ifyou're drinking a lot of milk you can proabbly cut it down to 40-50k. If you're outside a lot you can cut it even more
Yesterday I was fucking dead. I couldn't even move. I was so messed up that I actually called my ex girlfriend and got her to come over to take care of me (I was seriously THAT desperate). I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit up right, and I just spent the entire day laying on my side wondering what the hell happened to me.
My friend recommended that before bed, I take two shots of warm whiskey mixed with honey and lemon extract. I tried it, and this morning I woke up feeling much better. I'm not at 100% or anything, but I can walk around now and take care of myself. I even feel as if I could eat something.
I don't want to confuse correlation with causation of course, but that home remedy seems to have worked wonders. Has anybody else had experience with something like this before?
