Hyperlordosis is a problem.... lordosis is natural. Is your spinal curvature that bad? where it's more like C shaped isstead of like a ( ? If it is the first thing yuo can do is aggressively stretch your hip flexors and rectus femoris to start to correct anterior pelvic tilt. Also, you'll want to do specific isolation work for your hammies/glutes such as glute ham raises, glute bridges, weighted hip thrusts, etc. As much as I don't like random abs work some would be good... weighted planks keeping the body in hollow position would be good.

). I've completely committed to it, told absolutely everyone I know, and more importantly promised it to myself. Failure is not an option, but going from a pack a day to 0 cigs a day is going to be hard as hell. To anyone who's been there before, have any tips? I'm a poor college kid so nicorette is not an option.

DEADLIFT DAY TODAY. time to put that fucker in his place. on a sad note, there is literally nowhere for me to work on my olympic lifting here (well, i've never really snatched before, waiting for one of my school coaches to help me out with it) my regular gym is closed for the holidays, and my new gym is pretty commercial..i think even my deadlift worksets might use up most of the plates + space

![]() @eshlow: my mom said she won't get whole milk for the house (i've slowly convinced my roommates at school to get it ) because its "just wrong" and "too much fat". do you have any of those studies/references/whatever that support whole milk being awesome? I googled around a bit and all i found was a blog with no citations and a bunch of crap about toddlers and milk. I can't believe my mom is a certified personal trainer T_T Same one that said 10000iu of vit d was too dangerous

If you really are a poor student quitting smoking shouldn't be that hard since you can't afford the cigs -.^ I can't really give any advice since it was quite easy for me to quit, only the first two days were annoying, after that I never felt like I needed so smoke again. But I wasn't a heavy smoker ^^' On December 22 2010 05:10 decafchicken wrote: I got so excited to finally do the numbers dimsum has been putting up. Now I just need to drop 30 or so kilos lol. I should really focus on my diet again, I think I've gain some weight again Eshlow, is 100k IU/week too much ? Should I settle for 75k IU/week? Also, cocoa butter for stretch marks right? Smoking is a huge appetite suppressant so when you quit, your appetite will go up by quite a bit, and also since you are used to having something to do with your mouth/hands which is now gone, you are gonna want to snack all the time. If you wanna make it easier to quit, just give in and pig the fuck out for the next few days. Also try to stay as busy as possible, do things that require your full concentration like playing sc2 games, you can't think about smoking while you are engrossed in a game.

Luckily, I'll be with family/friends that I haven't seen in months, so I'll be out and hopefully distracted. I actually have told friends to hit me in the face if they see me with a cig in my mouth. They will, too. [non-sarcastic] Thanks for the advice.

I think I'm getting sick AGAIN... fourth time in two months, all ever since I came down with pneumonia. Today I woke up with pain in my joints and feeling feverish. I woke up for a while and then slept from 11:00 to 12:30, 1:00 to 2:30, and 3:00 to 4:30. Could one of my supplements be doing this to me? I'm keeping my fish oil at 5mL/day, although yesterday I accidentally had about 8mL. My vitamin D is taken in 10,000 IU capsules with fat every day, and I'm making sure to get in plenty of water. My diet is mostly eggs, beef, pork, and chicken, with some green vegetables on the side. This just makes zero sense.

Deadlift: 75kg x 10, 85kg x 5 and 95kg x 23 (lol) Was feeling like shit, haven't been eating nearly enough these last days so I made a deal with me. If I could do this last set properly I'd pack up and call it a day. Worked like a charm.
