Please, explain Yes, you eat insane amounts if you're a super skinny super underweight twig of a teenager with hormones flowing out your butt If you're obese you already have a significant amount of energy that can be applied to muscle building (in your fat cells) to use. Well its only half bull shit. You can be a newbie and make some good newb gains eating under maintenance and lift heavy, or you can use cell-tech and lose fat+build muscle, but after you've been lifting 6+ months I doubt its possible without good genetics.

I'm not sure if the real joke is that guy trying to get to 140 lbs. Unless your 5'5 I'm pretty sure you'd look like a holocaust victim at that weight.

Brad Pitt was at like 150 in Fight Club at 6foot, and that's one of the most desirable bodies in the history of femininity

This is a fitness thread brah. 6 foot and 150 lbs is concentration camp status, and I'm pretty sure girls would have been fine with him being 170 lbs 10% too..

Just curious to see if anyone would know how to deal with this:
So I've been playing DDR on heavy difficulty for a couple of years now. The thing is though, I've been doing it bare foot on a flat mat on a hard-tile floor. Because of the all the years of stamping, I think it's been getting to my knees, and now they occasionally hurt a little at certain times. Is there any way that I can get rid of this problem through certain stretches/exercises, or is this something for the doctor?

You can definitely get rid of the pain through stretches, but always check with a doctor first. He might send you to a physical therapist.

Depends what the problem is....
See an orthopedic doc.. get a diagnosis... from there you can do rehab protocols

This is going to be a douchebag question. But how do I get bigger, stronger arms.
I feel stupid being able to squat and deadlift a small horse and then on the other hand not being able to finish 1 set of dumbbell curls with 17.5kg weights.
|
Do BB Curls That and heavy rows and heavy benching is my favourite.
|
yesterday I deadlifted 200lbs. Felt like the world was my bitch. 3x5 :D!
|
Grats mate, but aren't you squatting 100kg?

Yes. But I stopped doing deadlift since I couldn't find any chalk around here, I did 90kg barehanded and it felt great! tomorrow Imma try with 95-100 :D babysteps bro!

Er, on deadlift you're only supposed to do 1x5. I like your effort and all but the lower back recovers slowly, so if that was a strenuous 3x5, you're gonna have some serious DOMS tomorrow.

rofl holy shit you're right.
No wonder I was dying when I started doing them ;O! :D
Thanks for the heads up! and no, I don't have any pain or anything in my lower back at all.
edit: and No, it wasn't particularly hard, it just has been quite some time since I last did them (like 3-4weeks) and it felt great to do them without thinking "the bar is going to fall fawwkakwakwk"
