Nah I would be scared of getting injured. Don't wanna miss anymore time lifting
cant get hurt if you're busy wrecking fools!
3x5 @ 135 for should press (so weaksauce ) 4x6 @ 185 for bent over rows Did 10x115 8x145 6x160 4x170,185,200,225 for bench...first time i've done 225 in damn near 3 months! bench recovery well on the way...300 HERE I COME
Well, missed yesterday so I went in today and god damnit I dislike power cleans, primarily because I'm not confident in the technique at all. Really, I ended up fooling around with the bar and putting it in the various rack / hang positions and just getting a general feel. I've watched a ton of those videos and I'm still not confident with it. Maybe next week I'll have it down. I'm completely confident with squat / deadlift / bench press now. Oh well, I'll get the power clean down soon enough.
So I've got this pain on the top of my left foot. It's sort of where the boney protrusion is but closer to the toes and to the left. I had no trouble or pain with it squatting today, but I can't seem to put any weight on my toes. I'm walking only on the outside of my heels which is probably not good either. It hurt too much to raise myself onto my toes so I had to skip cleans today.
It's been like this for 2 days and NSAIDs seem to do nothing. Icing helps but just a little bit. It hasn't improved at all, anyone know what this could be?

See a chiro or physical therapist... likely subluxed tarsal or metatarsal bones. If it's on the big toe side it;s like navicular and something else... which is usually the case with the medial arch of the foot (there's 3 arches in the foot btw).
Navicular can get displaced fairly easily in some cases with improper lifting mechanics, especially if your knees collapse in during squatting, runnign,e tc.

I've put some mentol thing that helps me calm my muscular and whatnot pains. It works most of the time.
this pain appeared today, yesterday @ night I was fine, and this morning, dunno I just felt a little bit of pain when walking, and doing cardio class today, was, at most a little bit painful .

It's more on the navicular, but very slightly further up. I can't get to either of those, will this just heal on it's own in a few days?
What do you mean by "collapse"? Like cave inward? Any idea on what I can do for treament so I can walk a little more easily?

At the ankle joint (talus/tibia/fibula)? Or navicular-talus area?
I know you probably don't know what I'm talking about though. I mean if ice/rest is not helping you shoudl probably see a professional.
I can't see you in person so I don't know what's potentially wrong and most of things especially if they're bony and they involve foot bones you probably want a chiro/PT to look at it for you.
It's possible it may resolve with mobility work, but you can try that. Just move your foot around with your hands and see if you can put things back into place... take through full range of motion.
Other than that and anti-inflams I don't know what else you can do unless I know more...

No, there's no ankle pain thankfully. It's on the "toe" side of the navicular. Here's a picture (not my foot obv)
Again, 0 pain squatting, only when weight gets shifted to my toes or the balls of my feet.

If it's on the joint line which I suspect it is then it's probably second metatarsal-navicular articulation... chiro/PT should be able to fix that up for you in one visit.
Anyway, does anyone else love leg days as much as I do? Today did squats, deadlifts, and calf raises (Along with three quick machines at the end) Squats = 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 190x5, and then all the way back down. At 95 I did 10 deep squats and the finally the bar by itself. I did the same thing for my Calfs (190'd it) and then did the sitting calf machine. Topped out at 135 on that. Deadlifts I finally learned to do properly I think. Got 125.
Damn, I love leg day. Even if I can barely get in my car

145 squat, 75 press, 175 deadlift. God I love deadlifting, there's something about pulling that weight up and just slamming it down that just feels fucking amazing, right?
i need to know if my deadlift form is wrong. specifically the negative part. i think i read somewhere that you're supposed to lower with your hips until the knees, then bend knees. but i dunno. it seemed to be too much to think about with all that weight. also my lower back got really sore when i tried doing that on the warmups.

You round your lower back when lifting the weight. And it looks as if your stance is too wide (although hard to tell from this angle). On your wy down you could probably bend your knees earlier I would think. It looks like you lower the bar just by bending your upper body downwards. Should be easier using your legs more (and the work load would be more evenly distributed). Don't think it's a huge issue though.
I'm no expert, but I would say your form could need improvement.
