Further proof about smurf detection being crazy. This was like my 5-6 game on this smurf and it was on page 2. I mean I play at that level on quite a few of my accounts anyways, but it generally took 50+ games to get their or close to it. Also Alurr if you really don't want that account I have something I would like to test on it

RD game with Earthshaker, guy picks drow and calls mid, gives fb vs batrider in 30 secs, does not call misses, asks for gank, i go with invis rune, block out batrider, but doesnt silence so batrider just fireflies and lassos me to tower. drow calls me a "retard" and proceeds flaming.

Agh's stats are nice, but refersher's 2 stuns make a big difference, that's what makes le build strong. Both Golems are full hp full strength too, vs reduced with aghanims. So 2 stuns + stronger golems. +early regen means u never have to go to fountain, esp with w

This time learned to make sure I have a tp by lvl 6 at the latest. Could've counter ganked to turn double kill for them into tripple for us, felt dumb cause no tp... maybe that woulda turned the game too qq

Had a double Midas jungle Lone Druid who complained like hell whenever anybody touched "his" creeps in the jungle. Had something like 0/4/0 at 35 minutes with 2x Midas, 2x Phase Boots, Deso, and I think most of a Butterfly.
+ Show Spoiler +He won the game for us because the other team failed to end it before he hit critical mass with Daedalus, Deso, Butterfly, AC, and Basher. All on his hero of course.

Well I mean, if he's actually gone double midas he pretty much can eat every big creep that spawns, so it would slow him down if people took them. And if you've managed to survive to 35 minutes with a double-midas bear on your team, all you need to do is leave him alone for another 10 minutes and he'll come out 6+ slotted and win.
I mean, that doesn't stop him being a terrible player doing a terrible build, but the best course of action at that point probably is to just let him do his thing.

If you've ever built this set of items on zeus, kill yourself irl. Wrath does not do that much damage to level 20+ heroes.
not pictured: he had to buy 2 bottles because he got the first 1 destroyed by silencer mid. Why do I always get the fucking retard mids who get their shit destroyed or stolen while trying to bottle crow?

Warlock is my second most played hero and here is my experience.
If the game's close enough for your build to matter, the enemy team will be trying hard - and thus they will be conscious of the threat of golems and they will make sure not to group up too much.
If the game is a blowout in either team's favor, the other team will be on tilt and do stupid shit like let themselves get 5 man rocked every fight.
I never go for ult based warlock builds. They give you a satisfying punch against a team that's toying with you, which you've noticed, but that will rarely be enough to actually turn a horrible game in your favor, which you've also noticed.

this is less of a problem with Zeus and more of a problem with people not buying Blink/Force in general. Blink is soooo good on so many heroes. I've lost too many games because Tinker/Invoker/Zeus/whoever didn't get a blink and instead wanted a Scythe/Dagon 5/Eblade/whatever
people don't seem to realize that positioning is extremelly important :<
this is also why I believe that Weaver is as good as he is - he has 2 inbuilt abilities that let him abuse bad positioning that let him zip around the battlefield

If you're going to go for a refresher first warlock, you are also missing out on a lot of his damage if you skip Fatal Bonds. Getting a five target bonds effectively doubles the damage of the ult. Also, bonds stack

mb he was bad and ruined your agme....but agha refresher isd totally legit, son. so no i dont kill myself irl just because i build 2 items who allow me to put a lina lvl 3 ult with agha on evrybody on their team.
the only thing i would add is a forcestaff or dagger. but most pubs you can own just with straight agha refresher and good positioning

Yes I know i'm not a good player... but this game I wanted to hit somebody... alch randoms and says, "well i guess i'm jungling then..." i'm like what the crap? and omni picks so i'm like, maybe i'll pick a carry and i go gyro... then timber picks mid and then suddenly drow randoms... and then complains, "all pick carry gg"
But whatever who cares about picks in a pub... drow sends timber (which isn't a bad choice... although he did buy items for mid) suicide while omni and i go bot while alch mysteriously disappears to the jungle... drow gives up first blood to zeus...
bounty gets a good start against me and omni and then it all goes downhill from there... i buy my team dust but they don't pick it up from base... alch gets tracked and goes solo into jungle... and never uses midas... sad game... especially cause i lost to a triple treads first slardar... I repeat: a triple treads first slardar...

Every time I solo q I say I'll never do it again... We have an Alchemist, Tinker, Razor and a Prophet. Our Vengeful Spirit decides to build carry because "we don't have one" doesn't buy any support items and everyone proceeds to feed while the Russian Alchemist and Tinker beatbox to each other over voice chat....... I feel like I did pretty well given the circumstances but the fact their weaver could 3 shot me didn't really make it easy to split push. I think I should just play Starcraft when my friends are asleep.......
Edit: Not to mention the alchemist tells me not to pull because "tower die too fast" proceeds to abandon the safelane after going 0-3 to their weaver and then wanders around the jungle taking my stacks and blocking camps constantly... Luckily the tinker abandoned.
I didn't think my MMR was this bad without a stack but apparently it is.

Yesterday was my 'hell in ELO' night. Someone picked timber and said that he plays it for the first time(my solo very high game). I picked ench to proceed into jungle because i felt i lost too many games and depressed, I wanted to win. Also I told timber not to do it and try bots first but the answer is: "so you go jungle afk and don't help team, told me that!". We lost the game ofc, timber went 2-10. Also our void is managed to land a good amount of "no man chronos". MM probably thinks I am not worth enough to play very high games.
I stack with one of my friends, game is in high bracket. I was mid kunkka, secure a kill in mid and some others in the lanes. I started very good, proceed to acquire my items. Until some venge 3-16 and midas jungle sk manages not to farm more than me. I have the only positive score in the game with 16 cs below our retarded PL. I can easily grab a free win if venge stays afk in fountain.
I was so frustrated of several loses. I picked ench again as last pick and flamed by others because we have a "jungling naix". Anyways, i proceed jungle and put a good fight to secure easy lane while enemy ES tried retarded lane stack-super push strat. As soon as we understand the situation, I grab 2 creeps and rush to the block point. Killed LD while giving away disruptor. Also manage not to lose the t1 tower which was half hp. Good eh? Later on TA goes insane with 20 kills at total while I asked in all chat that there is no hope to win this game. Our mid pudge landed a maximum 2 hooks all game. We lost top dire raxes. While I grab a few kills here and there to secure my aghanim and mom. My team blamed me for picking ench last etc etc.. while being totally useless all game long only with the purpose of tank me.
I was 3-3 or 4-3 at the beginning of my rampage and win all the game by myself with a score of 22-3. You can consider this as a brag but it was so frustrated to see the incompetency of your team, their inability to judge the game and out-positioned in every fight, I wouldn't win the game without a hero like ench. They blame me in the %70 of game and I gave them a free win, MMR points that they never deserved. MM will treat them as good players than the other team and probably they'd ruin the other players' games.
I'll try anything but regular MM to play this game after that point, like in house etc...

Aghs + refresher is only good if you're stomping hard, and then it doesn't even matter what items you build. If I was playing a close game and the enemy team had farmed carries, I would be pretty pissed too if we lost because our Zeus went aghs + refresher instead of items like hex, force staff, ghost scepter, shivas, etc.

went from %55 win ratio to %48 win ratio in 2 days, I keep getting incredible teams. This game I had a Nyx in my team that never once throughout the whole game used his vendetta attack, he just stunned people in his ulti...
