Please remember that while this thread is for QQ and venting about the game, racism is not tolerated here on LD. |

Sounds like my nub IRL friend..
"CM support hero? lolol.. shadowblade mafaker.." "My carry is dying.. cya! Lucky I survived" "Wards? lolol.. that is so expensive.. i need circlets (and other cost inefficient items) plus 9 tangoes starting!" (even if random gold OP)
Dat normal MMR thug life

One time my friend invited a friend of his to play and this guy goes Brown boots into midas into Agh. With max Exort of course. Results don't need to be said. At least he hit sunstrikes here and there

Biggest stereotype right now: Ukranian kid doesn't get mid lane and proceed to ruin the game for four other people. He won't get punished ofc.

500 win playing playing void doesnt know how to buyback
huh
interesting...

You know, I am starting to hate tree a lot. He makes my favorite part of the game (laning) into a fucking snore-fest where little action occurs.
Boring ass hero

Guy randoms Necrolyte as first. Other guy picks SF ---> At this point im "duh...". Next guy picks Morph. I pick Lina to support. Last guy waits 20 second ---> Picks Qop "mid" and goes mid.
So we end up with Necro/SF hard, Qop mid, Lina/Morph easy...
At this point i want just out..
Qop-Guy then he proceeds to explain that Necrolyte is not a carry but an awesome offlane hero while instead of ganking just feeding the sidelanes.

Broke my rule last night and played a game with random pubs. Picked BH, the team picked OD, DS, Undying and SD. Undying doesn't know how to play and just plays passive all game, unable to engage on anyone. Even when I try and gank, he doesn't follow up or attack, just backs off the instant he takes damage. DS keeps switching lanes every time he dies. Juggernaut get so feed he has a butterfly by 30 minutes and they just rush the base. DS then claims the main problem was that we feed.
No more pubs for this kid. Playing with friends only.

Go into game, team is doing pretty horribly, someone says after 20 mins that they "have to go to work and stuff" and leaves.
Great stuff.

That moment when you got a great team and a great, close game and you lose the game because of a mistake you made :S
|
well last time im solo queuing support gyro (ie 5 position, chick, wards, dusts, sentries, smokes, everything)
go 10-5 in the beginning, we still lose game
morphling doesnt know how to morph
qop doesnt buy dust because "i already have it"

I hate being the sole support in a game, which of course happens in nearly every game I play support. Even if there is another support they never buy wards, and of course, not a mek or something useful like that. I actually enjoy maintaining map vision and stacking for carries and all that good support stuff, but it feels like I can't really contribute as well as I could because I alone carry the burden of buying wards, spending time warding, buying dust, sentries, gem etc, leaving me really under leveled and under farmed.
Of course I know its still possible to make a large impact when you have only brown boots and barely any levels at 15 minutes in, but it feels like the lack of coordination from my team doesn't allow me to do so. For instance, I play rubick a lot, but a lot of the time it takes my team far too long to follow up if i catch someone out with my lift or if I stun the whole other team with a stolen warlock ulti. I know it may sound like I'm over extending with such things and getting myself killed, but its amazing how easily people will throw away an easy chance to get a pick off or initiate on the other team.

I went 12-2 everyone else on my team had 1 kill or 0 and 9 deaths how the fuck can u even be this bad such a joke.
And the super fucking try hard on the other team. Lone druid, Cancer Lancer god....

What you just said is pretty much a summary of my entire Dota 2 life.
Occasionally you meet some good teams who has another willing support player, and a good carry player to support.
Most of the time it's 1-protect-4, with everyone shitting on you at the end for "shit supporting", "30 minutes level 10 report", and "30 minutes only boots i post youtube report pls"

Had a game last night where my team started off pretty strong. I 6 slotted around 45 minutes as Tiny with all of their outer towers cleared. 2 Brazilian teammates decided to troll our team and never push or fight, like they would literally turn around and beeline for the jungle after pushing lanes. Finally after 70 minutes of trying to win 3v5, myself and my other 2 non-troll teammates decided to just sit in the fountain. The other team felt our pain but it still sucked to waste so much time. But I ended up getting the epic LD Panda Bear as consolation lol.

Still not able to play the game, still in queue. Was hoping I would get to play finally today but guess not ;(

enemy team has players with 500, 500, 700, 800, 900 wins. we have ... 200, 200, 100, 300, 900.... gg
|
Since the patch I've got 6 losses in a row with these teammates: 0-11 pugna, 1-11 weaver, 1-8 shadowfiend, 2-13 beastmaster (i was 2-11 in this game, but come on), 0-8 Medusa, 1-8 Tinker, 0-5 Omni, 0-3 Lifestealer, 1-7 Lion. My luck has to turn sometime, right? I'm not perfect by any means but good grief.

So me and a couple friends play a pub where we get subsequently stomped, after I check the opposing team to see why they beat us so badly, their entire team had either 300 or 400 wins compared to my 80 or so and my friends who peak around 100, wtf MM?
|
something is very wrong with mm, every game has at least one noob in it. offlane solo brewmaster or drow, fv laning with spectre and feeding 0 8, lvl11 ta in 10 minutes. very high mm, frequently playing with pros..
