RD, last two picks are a dual stack. First guy picks void which is fine since we have Mag, Bat and Chen already on the team. Clearly we need a support for void. Last pick is AM. Alright, maybe we can make this work... Goes top with Void I hate my life. | ||

Top tier ranged mids (QoP, Batrider, Puck..) all do pretty well against Magnus. Just zone him out and harass the fuck out of him with auto attacks, and obviously bottle crow yourself. | ||

You can punish him and keep him off his bottle, it's just that it requires you to play really aggressive. Supports should gank you for playing aggressive (which is why people can't punish bottle-crow properly in competitive games), but it's quite common in pubs that they won't. You have to lasthit really well. Make sure the only lasthits he gets are with Shockwave, so he has to wait for the gold for his Bottle. Pretend you're playing against SF--where every lasthit you let him have makes your life 10x harder. Once he gets Bottle, you can't keep him down, so you have to punish him as hard as possible before he has that 600 gold. | ||

I'm sure that's just because I'm not doing it properly, but I'm not sure exactly how to play. He just has so much hp that he's really hard to zone unless he just stands there and takes orb to the face over and over. Plus his base damage is high enough that I feel like it's not trivial to stop him getting early cs for bottle. | ||

I don't get Medusa who go ancient level 1 with Obs+Quelling Blade and then go afk farming. We playing 4v5 throughout the 20 min. And thank god we were able to own the opposing team somehow. It is very hard to deny Magnus. People can say QoP can dominate him and I agreed before Mag starts to get his bottle. And with bottle-crowing,spamming to get shockwaves over and over again. Magnus doesn't win lane or lose lane. And he is definitely gonna get farm and levels and can have a big impact during the mid-game. | ||

Game I just played as a PL. Team just absolutely hopelessly fed. In the end, I ended up getting a rapier as a last ditch effort but, alas, got taken down 5v1 and the game was over. (don't think dusa farmed a rapier, just holding it) This is how the game starts: first I requested to play carry and requested safe lane. No one says anything. Pick PL. Then last pick Medusa happens that IMMEDIATELY rushes bot and has a terrible time. http://dotabuff.com/matches/187752904 Another game I played shortly after. The heroes are really weird since it was single draft. (though my team still decided to go for mass supports TT) In some ways it was over from the draft, but my teammates still managed to feed and complain. Not a perfect game from me by any means, as i next to none jugg experience, but at least I didn't feed. So tired of getting matched up with teams like this. The worst part is that it happens so often. I can't even bring my winrate up to 50%. I feel like I'm playing well. Some not so amazing games, surely when I try new heroes but I never feed this hard. All these losing streaks even when I feel like I'm playing well. This is really depressing me and killing my motivation for playing. | ||
