I haven't actually read as much bs in a single post before. Naturally there are lots of differently skilled players. In comparison to me and probably you a T2 team such as SNA/ROX/etc. is "non shit". In comparision to EG/NA'vi/DK .., those T2 teams are "shit". This implies that skill is relative. This thereof implies that almost every player is shit, if matched with better players and non-shit, if matched with weaker players. Plus there is actually no game, in which there are only two stages of skill. Anyways im pretty sure they automatically recalibrate your unranked MMR and if you get matched with your so called shit players, it just means that you don't see your own mistakes while playing and you are just blaming your team for everything. You know what annoys me more than anything in gaming communities? This sentence right here. You know what's going on here? People conflate their ranking with their intelligence and so they suggest that anyone that's complaining is mentally weak. This is especially tempting to people who aren't very good because they can still pretend to be superior because they "have the right attitude". Of course good players use it too because a) it makes them look good b) like the average athlete, most can't actually explain why they are good or how to do well in conceptual terms. You can use whatever definition of shit and not-shit you want. You can call 1k shit and 2k not shit for all I care. If you're 1k, how do you get to 2k? You need someone to coach you or show you how to play better. You might be able to summarize this in a few paragraphs for 1k-2k. For 3k-4k this will take considerably more. At whatever level you are at there are going to be people who are at your level and people who are above you. The people above you will, for the most part, not be interested in helping you. The people at your level are, for the most part, not engaged in serious learning. Your options are pretty limited, then. If you're lucky, you can beg someone higher to teach/carry you. Or, more likely, you'll try to find good partners at your level and find them pretty disappointing. And your unranked and ranked MMR are separated after your first placement. Been hating on prophet for all my life.....and one day I get the urge to play him, and so I do. Got solo offlane (easily best setup for him), did good treant micro, ratted a lot of towers........found out that Prophet is actually bloody fun to play.
It's basically like a point-and-click adventure! "I want to go to this spot" So you click on that area with teleport. "There's a battle on the other side of the map" So you ult the furthest spot from the battle.
Shit, I think I might just start wanting to play and learn my former most hated hero.

Depressed guy, status update.
After giving it some thought, I put so much effort into not having a negative mood that I didn't try to be in a positive mood. I was just neutral and apathetic. Without fun, my brain is automatically disinterested in dota and that is where most of my problems were coming from. I make stupid mistakes because my brain does not care, no matter how much I tell it to. I need to actually have a positive mood, or else my high energy / motivation will only be able to be directed into apathy.
I'm going to take a break from dota for a few days. When I come back I'm going to have some real plans to get into a positive mood / mindset every night. I'm going to find ways to make this stuff fun, be it finding friends, making jokes in game etc.
Thanks for everyone's comments. They helped steer me in the right direction :D

I've played on EU (Back when I started Dota 2 and didn't know what ping is), US West, US East, SEA (where a majority of my games come from now because I get the best ping), and from my experience SEA has the most greedy players. Greedy builds, "lol-what-is-a-bkb", retarded clowning players.
Honestly I cannot fathom some people's thought process when they build 2 Battle Furies on Ember Spirit thinking they've already "won the game"? Or this Centaur Warchief who farmed himself full of items, yet never pull off a meaningful initiation even when an opportunity for easy kill on the enemy carry shows up. We ended up losing to a BKB-less, Linken-less Weaver whose first major item was Deso.
It's possible for me to play on USW but I get 200+ ping there so it's not really optimal. I wanted to try Dubai or Aus but one of my friends discouraged me from them, saying that the games there are much worse than what I'm experiencing on SEA (e.g. 10 mins no courier)

I'm sorry but I'm playing on Europe West and everyone in this game except for me was russian and no one even tried to speak english. This is so frustrating. If they atleast had a cyrillic name, I wouldn't try to communicate with them for about 20 minutes until they start screaming at each other in russian, but you'd think someone with the name ZEPPELIN would atleast understand some basics.

Matchmaking is confusing. I'm getting absolutely godawful games. We're talking enemy offlane zeus starts with wards and 9 clarities (Don't ask, that's what he came to lane with) and our safelane DP, in counter, spams crypt swarm as hard as possible so poor zeus doesn't have to play with no experience AND terrible "starting items".
Now, normally I'd pull and deny a couple waves of experience to the zeus... but our Doom is literally ONLY jungling the small camp on respawn, and doesn't respond to any pings, pushes, or requests that he do something other than deny me my ability to lane control.
...which is fine, because even though everyone is awful, our invoker has proven himself substantially worse than their nightstalker, to the tune of 0 / 3 / 0 and 20 cs behind by 10 minutes.
But against all odds, our solo offlane lone druid has actually only died once to a venomancer / axe / mirana trilane.And he's got himself 22 cs at 10 minutes.
Buuuuuuuut unfortunately the no starting regen offlane zeus is level 8 before 10 minutes, is 3/1/2, and his tower is still standing despite constant "pushing"
game's hard.
So then I played SF mid next game, because if someone's gonna be terrible mid it might as well be me. Except I wasn't terrible (but the enemy pudge was...), and neither was my safelane or offlane, and we crushed really really hard. confuse.
