I would suggest changing the techies build. I would suggest a build totally skipping stasis trap over the one you have above in this thread. (Having it at level 10,12,13,14 would probably be advisable.)

Check out http://www.dotabuff.com/heroes/techies/builds . Stasis trap should be taken last, anything else decreases win rate. Suicide level 2,3 is very strong if you didn't manage to use it on level 2. You want it maxed the entire time until you actually find a kill using it. Then after that you level around your cooldown but still want it maxed for kills. Techies has no other offensive skill than suicide. The rest is just push/anti push skills until you have a lot of mana items. (Land mine works if you have setup or the enemy is stupid to stay near creeps after you place it. Ulti mine you might get 1 off in a team fight, doing half damage of suicide.)

Having stasis trap levelled early also increases the chance you will place them, meaning you wasted mana you don't have unless you have a KOTL on your team.

no stasistrap is a must have.
suicide is the best if you just have it to deny yourself, or trying to get fb.

techies has to be played very well, he has an insanely high skillcap.
i would even put him on the same hight as meepo.
so just because 99% of the players dont understand that laying mines all over the map to kill someone is not the way techies has to be played, if you want to have a decent chance of winning, we dont have to change it at all.
dpont get me wrong, but thats what people do in publics. and thats also just why techies loeses so many games.

i would even argue that techies has only a winpercentage of 43% right now, BECAUSE of people that do prefer maxiing suicide over getting a few levels in a 3-6 seconds AoE stun.

Dotabuff winrates are a bad reason to do anything, since a majority of people are bad at the game and use sub-optimal builds. Antimage's highest winrate build is just maxing everything in order, but thats only the case because most people cant farm a battlefury fast enough to make use of his insane farming speed, and people at lower levels dont chain stuns well enough to justify getting points in stats to survive.

I havent played techies in like 2 years so I dont know what the optimal skill build is. A lot of high level streamers have been maxing suicide after land mines though.

As for Techies. Getting a second level in Suicide is the debate, I'm not sure which build to decide yet.

Stasis Trap is difficult to land without setup. But the upside is a Chronosphere on a 10 second cooldown. Skipping it seems suboptimal.

I think one level in Stasis Trap is good, but the cost is high regardless.

Suicide is pretty good early-game, not much later. So I think it is better to max Suicide second

Totally unrelated, but you should consider adding BKB to Pudge's item build. BKB + Rot = 2x damage of radiance burn + movespeed slow at 0 health cost to Pudge

bkb is a good item on pudge in some situations but the rot damage is hardly the biggest reason why pudge gets it

Growth of Subscribers still manages to stay at 2 million growth since August 3rd.
Growth Rate Percentage hits all-time low at 5.71% -- Lowest since the guide project back in 2013. (if we include Techies, the growth percentage rises to 6.42%. Only .12% higher than September 3rd)
